Very disappointed to find no chocolate chip cookies available for sale upon my arrival. Isn’t a chocolate chip cookie a staple it should be kept in stock at all times? I drove out of my way to this location to pick up a box of cookies for some family who has never experienced crumble before. I was willing to order other flavors of cookies along with one or two chocolate chips but since there was no chocolate chip cookies, I canceled my entire order. Very disappointed. Not sure why a Crumbl cookie retail store would be out of chocolate chip cookies. Makes no sense to me.
While you might think, “Almost $4 for one cookie? That’s insane!” Don’t toss your cookies before trying one. The first time you bite into a warm and giant Crumbl cookie you’ll understand why this place has such baked appeal.
