I went into Crumbl - Sherman to pick up my birthday cookie. The app was glitching but the employee was so very helpful in getting me my (free) birthday cookie even without having to use the app! It was a super quick and enjoyable experience… the cookie flavor of the week that I chose was Snickerdoodle 🤤 and it was DELICIOUS!

This is such a pleasant store to visit! The cookies are always so delicious. I have never had a bad experience at the fabulous Sherman location!!!

The cookies were great. But customer service was poor. My son went in to pick up an online order and had to wait 10 plus minutes for the order. THAT WAS PLACED ONLINE FOR PICKUP. Not only that but he had to wait for the order AFTER a couple came in AFTER HE DID. The Cashier girl gave the people that came in behind him their order first.

Got my hands on the incredible Crumble Cookies Family Box, and oh boy, it was a mouthwatering delight! 😋🍪 Highly recommend treating yourself to these scrumptious goodies!

These cookies are by far the best cookies I’ve ever had. Tried the sea salt caramel cheesecake today and it was heaven! I ordered online and within less than 30 minutes, a dozen gorgeous cookies arrived from a driver with a big smile on his face and saying, “Thank you!” I ordered a dozen for work, forgetting how huge they are, so we fed the office next door as well. What a treat!!

It was clean. One cookie was ok. One was pretty much raw. $4 a cookie, they have 6 flavors at a time. They had one cookie sold out, so we ordered another…then they told us that it wasn’t ready so we chose another.…kinda disappointed. But, the staff was friendly.

They quickly filled our orders and the cookies looked so good it was almost impossible to not eat them on the way home! The employees were friendly even while being very busy. Great job guys!
