We visit this restaurant very often, unfortunately the reason is just an atmosphere of the restaurant. However stuff and service of the restaurant is on the lowest rate. Because waters are rude and inattentive to guests. We wanted to pay the bills with credit card, however we were told that they don’t accept cards and when we asked why don’t they accept cards as it is a highly competitive restaurant of the city, we were answered that: it’s our problem, so we had to go back home to bring some cash. Every time when we visit restaurant we always leave with great sadness and dissatisfaction. We hope that our review will bring attention of the administration of Hyatt and will bring improvements to the service of the restaurant.

Cozy place, nice atmosphere, but guys you need to do smth with your staff. Every time I visit this place, waiters ruin my impression. Rude, sad. Once they told me “you should find solution”, they didn’t accept cards and US dollars.

Interior felt Italian, service was good, the food wasn’t good but not impressive as in Bella Italia (what happened to Bella Italia btw?) Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
