Kind of average today to be honest. You pay $18 and change for a meal here and they give you half the rice, no roasted tomatoes, ( because they’re out), and the runny oily bottom of the barrel hummus. The totality of the salad does it even get close to filling up the bowl and your left contemplating to yourself is it because it’s during lunch and everybody’s rushed or am I just being an A hole but the cost is so high you think you’re justified and hope they would just do better or at least compensate you in someway for not being able to make your actual salad or give you their freshest ingredients Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I was so excited when Crisp&Green came to Chan so I didn’t have to drive to Wayzata anymore. Unfortunately this location is inconsistent. Tonight I ordered the Wild Child to go and I realized once I got home that they forgot the goat cheese- which is a big component. When I called to let them know, the person on the phone responded “well what would you like me to do?” I also had undercooked chicken from here a while go so I sent an email to let them know. Their response went into detail about how there was no way the chicken was undercooked because they do XYZ. No apology was just met with defensiveness. NEW: I have another bad experience to report unfortunately. I had saved the meal I got last time on the app, which is the Wild Child with extra Brüssels sprouts. I know that’s what I had gotten last time! Anyway, i thought that’s what I ordered this time by choosing my fave. It wasn’t. I got NO Brussels sprouts, NO goat cheese, and only three or four craisins. And I still was charged full price!! This is ridiculous. I am getting fed up with the inconsistency of Crisp & Green. Perhaps I should try a new location and see if that makes a difference, because I LOVE the quality of the food. OLD: I posted the below review a couple weeks ago. The owner promptly responded, we communicated and she refunded my money. I appreciated that. I’m looking forward to a better experience and larger portion size next time! Thanks. OLDER: Awesome food as always, but I was disappointed with the small amount given me. It was much less than the two times before! Fam and I usually love getting food from here but recently noticed the rice in some bowls was VERY uncooked. Eating the bowl was quite an unpleasant experience as with every bite I regretted taking another bite. It tastes really really good but would probably feel a lot better for my mouth if I wasn’t eating rock-hard chunks. Hope it gets resolved because I’d enjoy eating more (cooked rice)!
