Delicious sourdough bread reminds me of 🇵🇱 homemade bread. Definitely the best bread in Cascais. A great place run with heart ♥️ Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person €5–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The owner is incredibly kind and helpful. The breads looked and smelled delicious, though they didn't offer as wide of a variety as I would normally look for in a bakery. They offer 2 loaves daily, with a few speciality loaves on certain days of the week. Each loaf is around 4 to 5 euros. I picked up some focaccia; the flavor and texture were fantastic. The only critique I have is regarding the topping: I love rosemary, but the top was absolutely covered in whole leaves of rosemary, which had hardened during the baking process. It was a bit like taking a bite of a stick sandwich.

Love the place they do the best bread in Cascais always fresh and superb taste. Fernanda at the counter also deserves special praise as she is always smiling and willing to help. This is our must go place for good locally made bread!!!! And I am a Frenchman so I am fussy about my bread by nature and upbringing ;-)

The best bakery in Cascais for bread and French style croissants, without a doubt! They have a rotating list of breads available daily, including sourdough. They also have other treats like homemade sauces, brownies, cookies and more. They also sell whole beans of Manhattan coffee, which is excellent. We lived in San Francisco for many years so are picky about our bread and croissants — highly recommended!

Their California sourdough bread is the tastiest artesanal bread I've tried in Portugal. And I can tell that they use proper fermentation - because my stomach felt good after eating it. Much better than Gleba.
