I will ONLY order baked goods from Milan. He is Amazing!! I found this little shop about 10 months ago and fell in love. Milan is so easy to work with (I know I stress him out sometimes lol). His business is picking up after COVID and I am thrilled for him. So I advise everyone to call or visit in advance with orders. Please see the delicious treats he has made for me! NEVER DISAPPOINTED!!!!
I was looking for some sweet treats for a little gathering and Im not really a chocolate lover, but when i came into this little shop I got trouble deciding which one im gonna pick, as everything looks really nice., so, I settled for chocolate ganache tarte which was surprisingly really good. Only thing i recommend is to call an order ahead bacause they only produce limited quantities...
I was looking for a custom birthday cake for my wife from somewhere local. I cam across Creme Fraiche Cafe in Kenner on Facebook. It did not disappoint! The pastry chef and owner was very helpful. I asked him to design a naked icing cake and left the rest up to his artistic ideas; including the type of cake. What he came up with was a white cake with wild blueberry Chantilly creme. The cake looked beautiful and tasted even better! I would highly recommend Creme Fraiche Cafe to anyone looking for something special. I want to go back and try his gelato, which also looked amazing. Honestly blown away at the cake they made for my son's birthday party yesterday. It tasted soooo delicious and the design was incredible! We wanted a space theme and they went the full 9 with the decorations. UFO's, astronauts, stars, planets, rocket ships....it had it ALL! Milan was so communicative from the first initial call all the way to pickup. Highly recommend this bakery for custom cakes!
I ordered a custom cake for my wife's birthday and it was phenomenal! I also tried a few of the pastries that were available and they are top-notch. The owner/pastry chef was very accommodating and made my cake exactly the way I requested. I will be returning to try out some of the other offerings very soon.
Milan is an extremely talented pastry chef. This place is like a hidden gem. I wanted some deserts and bread for our thanksgiving meal so I placed an ordered early in the week. We got a pecan pie, a chocolate cake and a loaf of sour dough bread. It was all amazing!!! I have seen some amazing things and cake designs Milan has done in the past. If you are looking for an cake with custom designs for a special occasion or just a nice artisan loaf of bread to serve at Sunday dinner go here. Oh they also have really good gelato.
This bakery is a hidden gem in Kenner!!!!! I love love love everything that I’ve ever tried here. The owner/pastry chef is amazing. I ordered a custom birthday cake for my daughter’s birthday and EVERYONE was blown away by it! It was as elegant as a wedding cake but fun and cute (Instagram worthy!). Not only was it a beautiful cake, it was one of the best cakes I’ve ever had in my life!
His croissants are amazing, too…. I could go on and on but you get the point. This bakery is a must try!!!!
A hidden gem in Kenner. This bakery has the most delicious cakes, I have ordered for 2 different occasions and my guests loved it. The cake decor is also unique. They also make fresh ice cream every day and have sooo many delicious other pastries and treats. The staff gives you personal attention and are very nice. . We should support this business right in our neighborhood….
I stopped here to order a couple "special" cakes. With the help of the baker we decided on a red velvet cake with bilberries. The other was a black forest cake. Both were absolutely delicious. As I was eating the red velvet cake I thought "these really taste like huckleberries (growing up in Montana, they were my favorite berry). I didn't know until I looked up bilberries that they ARE huckleberries!! I will be back!
Chef Milan has the best bakery in town! The location is very clean and it is filled with finest sweets. Chef prepared a special German chocolate birthday cake for my mom, along with Fancy Bonbons. The gelato is a must, we sampled the Tiramisu and his Signature Creme fraiche, loved them both and added them to our order. The kindest gesture came from Chef when he gifted us a baguette, fresh from the oven! If you are looking for bakery , look NO further!
