A friend told me they tried this restaurant and gave great reviews. My husband and I tried their brunch. I ordered the catfish and grits. I really enjoyed my catfish but the grits not so much. They were cooked in a way I've never tasted, more of a mashed potato consistency and that isn't what I want when I eat grits. My husband had chicken and red velvet waffles. He got 2 small chicken wings and the waffles were ok. He said they had an after taste. As far as the service, it was decent. I order a lemon/tea and I never got it. The atmosphere was cool. OMG, I have found a hidden GEM! The food here was awesome. We had the steak and fried lobster and it was on point. I love the B-sauce, it complimented the steak very well. We also had the oxtails and grits. The oxtail were tender and flavored with a sweet Asian sauce, but it did pair well with the creamy grits. The service was wonderful and before anyone ask yes, yes, yes.... I will be back to try more dishes! Girlfriend and I visited on a Wednesday evening. Great drink menu with signature Cocktails, we both enjoyed Espresso Vodka Martinis. Shrimp and Grits for me and Salmon for my friend. We enjoyed our first visit to Crave Fusion Bistro for brunch. The food was excellent! I enjoyed the Crispy Hot Memphis Chicken Sandwich, while my wife sampled the Chicken and Waffles. The red velvet waffles were off the charts good. 😋 Thank you to Bridget, Isaac, Mariah and Logan for making our first visit to Crave fun and memorable.
