I love Crave generally, but the Draper location has consistently been worse than Riverdale and American Fork (the two other locations I’ve consistently gone to). The cookies are inconsistent, the last mixed box we got (4 French silk, our most favorite cookie) were very sloppy, Oreo sticking out and toppings falling off the side. Then if that wasn’t enough, the cookies were burnt! Strong acrid taste, bad enough we ended up scraping off the toppings and eating with Oreos. Very disappointed with this location and probably won’t be back. It’s been less than ideal before, but what a disappointment with it being our favorite cookie!

The Gal that helped me today was spectacular!! She was so kind and was so apologetic for things not going as smoothly as they might usually. They didn't need to be apologetic at all, but I appreciate them so much!
I was in no rush what so ever. I noticed there were only two employees and several people in line, so I planned to wait a bit. I was patient and understanding but she offered me a way to make my visit better and it made my night. You have no idea how heartwarming of an experience it was! Thank you again for being so sweet.
