Worst experience as the waiter tried to serve me tea with already used teabag just because is charged per tea bag most awful thing to do to a customer. waiter so rude and was on his phone all time. I wasn't ready to be cheated just like that. guys make sure you check what you are served 2024 or else people are will to feed you leftovers. garden tea is black tea not white tea nor light yellow Service Dine in Meal type Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had chicken noodles - came out like fried noodles in Asia, both visual and taste. I would say the meal is good for an airport meal - better than my expectation. Price is reasonable too: noodles + bottle of water = 10 usd. There is buffet option too - all you can eat - for 15$ Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Cake was dry, hard and expensive. Staff had a lowsy attitude. It's much warmer in there than anywhere else in the airport. My colleague returned a glass of red wine for it being so bad that it wasn't worth trying to drink. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Super nice people,. I stopped by for ice cream and cold water. There is plenty of seating, it's clean and a pretty good choice of fast food, drinks, and sweets. They have a bar and a kitchen. Great place to relax with free Wifi and good service.
Food was quite good, but service was lacking. The food and drinks were delivered to the table completely random at different times, and we had to ask the waiter multiple times to get everything we ordered Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
Cafeteria is better than ever but lunch buffet at 60k is very expensive. However staff are helpful and attentive and there are various snacks and (limited number of meals), good coffee and beers. Fresh watermelon juice was good and served quickly. Cafeteria was full of customers today and rather hot. #diaryofamuzungu #foodie Service Dine in Meal type Other Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

A complete surprise! I am usually in a business or first lounge - here, that's terrible. Therefore I went out and sat at Crane. Wow - buffet server was so nice and arranged some basic off menu vegetables for me to go with their fresh food. It was all very fresh, well cooked, balanced and delicious. Meat was soft and well cooked, nothing was oily (a personal peeve of mine!), the salads crisp, vegetables deep in flavour and soup particularly good. Ok, pricey, but it's an airport.. ..freshness, quality, and staff/venue - very good. Really recommend it for what it is - simple, fresh food done well in a challenging environment.
Pricey, but the best option at the airport for snacks or coffee. They also serve beer.
Very very bad service: wrong menues, missing ingredients and completely unable to deliver food for a group of 6 within decent timespan Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
Very confusing buffet where a full price is charged whether you eat one dish or seven. Never explained until after you have gone through the line. No signage to help. 60,000 for the buffet. Drinks beyond a small water are all extra as are things like yogurt etc. Avoid this place as it’s a total ripoff. We spent nearly 100,000 per person and didn’t even get full. Waste of time and $$. More dining options at the airport please! We expect more from Uganda.
