My wife and I ate our anniversary dinner there rather than a seafood restaurant we normally use when in the Webster area. We were very satisfied with the food and service. The restaurants was very well decorated. They had the biggest tv we have ever seen and a superbowl playoff game was on. Not that big of a sports fan but we enjoyed watching the game and the fans in the restaurant. Our server Gavy was very friendly and attentive. Being our first time there, she answered all our questions with a smile. She even took pictures of us to remember a wonderful anniversary. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Came here for my daughter's birthday party as she chose the restaurant. Upon arrival was greeted promptly by the hostess. Place looked and felt really clean. Waiter (Chase I believe) waited on us and was fantastic. He took our drink order immediately and asked if we had any questions with the menu. Our food came out pretty fast and was extremely hot which is a huge plus for me. My daughter had the snow crab in which she really enjoyed. Mom in law had a shrimp basket in which she really loved as well. I actually had a chicken/catfish combo and wife had shrimp/catfish combo. They don't sell combos where u can pick 2 or 3 different things which that would be a huge plus if you started. However, the waiter made it happen for us as we were wanting to try multiple things. Chicken was hot and fresh along with the catfish. The catfish was clean white, no silver stuff on meat from poor a cleaning and not fishy at all. Our drinks never sat empty for not enough 5 minutes at the most. Overall great experience as I will definitely come back to eat again. This was way better than we expected. We do not do chains, but this place was terrific. First, Erica is a real credit to this location. Positive, great service and speaks highly of the business. We weren’t sure about the whole seafood boil thing, but it was amazing. Way too much to eat. Just loved it. Highly recommend. 4 stars on atmosphere only because music was not our style. I came into town to pick up my stepson. Got into town way too early so I stopped here to get a bite to eat. Walking in it was extremely cold in here. Yes they just opened but it would have been very nice to turn some heat on. I swear it was colder in here than outside. Now the food, I've always wanted to try the seafood boil but I wasn't that hungry so the next time I will definitely have to come back and try it. Instead I got the fried shrimp basket. It was sooooo good! The shrimp was perfectly cooked with a nice flavor, could have used some salt but I could have gotten it probably if I had only asked. The fries were also cooked really well, not burnt or undercooked, could have also used some salt. But the salt is just my preference. My waitress was extremely sweet and nice. Even when I told her I couldn't hear because I had left my hearing aids at home. I'd say this will be one of my seafood go to's when I'm hungry and come into town. Our waiter Jeremy was very attentive and helpful. The food had great and fresh taste definitely a must try.I recommend the black mussels with boom season with fire’s spicy level it has a great kick not too spicy just right. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
It was the first time taking my parents to Crafty Crab. The food was ready pretty quickly and tasted fresh and delicious! I’m a big fan of the green mussels. Our favorite seasoning for anything is the BOOM with a fire spice level (not too spicy). Additionally, the service from our waiter Jeremy was great. He was super attentive and gave us good recommendations. Plus, the atmosphere with the music and large TV screens was fun. I wholeheartedly recommend this location. We went here on a whim. The best seafood I've had in a while! I had the fried shrimp basket and my mom had a basket with fried oysters, fried shrimp and sweet potato fries. Added an order of slaw to share. The portions were perfect and the price of 12.99 per basket was not bad. I couldn't believe they charged 3.50 for a tea but I guess they gotta make their money somewhere 🤷🏼‍♀️ They had huge TVs with mostly sports playing. A huge bar. Very clean. The server was very good - I think her name was Serena. Lots of parking. Conveniently located right off of 45. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for great seafood!
