Food was really good, but the service was a bit slow for a night that it wasn't busy at all. This place definitely seems a lot smaller than their other location in Plainfield and it also isn't as open as the Plainfield location either, but if you're looking for a warm cozy feeling type of place then try it out because I know you'll love the food. We were taken to a table right away. Then the Waitress was to busy with a large group to check on us after getting drink order. Took almost 20 minutes to get the drinks we ordered and then we had to flag down someone or go to the bar area if we wanted another drink. We waited almost 45 minutes before our food order was taken. Then it took another 45 minutes before someone brought the food out. The Cuban sandwich was dry with barely any sauce on it and the meat was dried out and over cooked. We had to flag someone down to get take out boxes and to get our check. We were there almost 2 1/2 hours because of the slow service and lack of staff checking on us. Craft'd is a solid 4 out of 5 stars. I enjoyed most of the offerings. I tried the smoked maple bourbon old fashion and it left a lot to be desired. The bacon tasted like a literal cigarette. The food was average to above average. I think I had higher expectations than what was delivered.
