I go here about once a month for an event. Great spot to grab a beer and hang out. I've never had their food or even know if they serve any, so I can't comment on that. Might not be the place take someone on a date but definitely a cool spot to grab drinks with friends. The last time I was there, it seemed like they had some kind of comidy event going on. Hear a lot if laughing so they might have some good shows also. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We went for the Comedy Club experience and we're not disappointed by Capital City Improv. Great show, good atmosphere. We'll be going back again. Price per person $20–30 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

They have a HUGE menu of beers, ciders, and seltzer’s. It’s almost overwhelming.. but you’re guaranteed to find something you like. I like that they have games, and shuffleboard in one room, then a back room where they have entertainment like music or comedy. I understand it’s craft brew “underground” but the lighting is terrible. Some spots you feel like you’re sitting in the dark which I don’t personally like. Overall it’s a decent place to go and different. The service is alright too.

This is such a nice place to go meet friends or go with your spouse. Great beers that are always changing. Terrific owner and staff. Cool setting in a rock foundation basement of a historic building in downtown Auburn. And no loud music - it's so nice to go somewhere you can relax with friends and hear the conversation. They also have a nice variety of weekly things like comedy acts and trivia nights as well as larger party events like their yearly anniversary party.

Great to have a local place dealing with just craft beer. Whether it's in cans or on tap, they have a good selection. It's opening weekend and it's fairly packed. I can't wait to see what the future brings for this and the selections that come with it. Cheers.

Go for the selection of beer and stay for trivia or other events. And seriously, don't miss the Prince bathroom! Its a Purple (Rain) palace. Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Craft Brew Underground is a good, "old style" ale house. They serve plenty of ales of all styles, both draft and bottles. Everything from local brews to others from around the world. You can often enjoy a comedy show on the weekend or just have a good time enjoying the company of friends. They also have several snack options, perfect a pub setting.

It is the best beer bar in the state, it's smaller-ish but plenty of space for family and friends. The owner has something for everyone and is incredibly accommodating. There is arcade games, a foosball table, and more. They have pub food like warm pretzels and cheese, cheese and meat boards, etc. They have over 180-200 beers to pick from..it's insanely fun!

Lots of selection here, and much more than beer available. The crowd and character of the place is great. Their snack options are also very nice.
