Ordered biscuits and gravy. Gravy was tasteless and not very hot, served in a cup. Come on people, have a little pride in your quality and presentation. This is Dixie, if you haven't noticed. Take your biscuits, split them, lay them in a plate. Pour gravy over top. Served hot. If you need Instruction, I'm for hire. Service was good. The fried okra I had tasted like it had been made for a while. My daughter was late getting off work so she called and we placed her order it was ready when she got there. But the chicken fingers were over cooked. We enjoyed everything else . The waiter that we had was really good I wasn't that many people in there so it was nice to be able to sit across from my daughter and have a conversation without having to yell across each other. The Cracker barrel is my all-time favorite restaurant and this is like the first time I've ever had a bad experience at this Cracker Barrel. If I could give service 10 stars today, I certainly would! We were honored to have Heather as our waitress today. I had already noticed how she greeted each and every customer with a big smile and friendly conversation - so I was thrilled to see when she came to our table with that infectious smile! Food was quick and hot, as usual and atmosphere was clean and fun. In this day when so many people are angry, hurried, and stressed, it’s very refreshing to be able to be served by people like Heather! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Waitress was very attentive and delightful. She kept our drinks filled, explained an item on the menu, and overall gave us very courteous service. The clerk checking me out noticed my arm in a sling and kindly assisted me in checking out. Great food; friendly service; always a wonderful experience to eat at Cracker Barrel!
