My Blueberry pancakes were inedible. Looks like the cooks threw in the entire batch of Blueberries and turned the stove on high. Looks nice but it was uncooked pancake batter with soggy blueberries in it. The Wildberry tea was made with Tap Water which gives a chemical background taste. This location usually do me right and I tip well for pickup. But this was the worst experience. Then the Lady came out a side door after I waited for my food I walked in the front. She shows up in the front with the drink and no straw. I gave a 2 stars because I could only eat the loaded Hashbrown tots and sausage. Eggs were cold. Had to make a better breakfast at home. Feeling like I need my money back but I'm all the way home now. Herr are photos of the Batter soggy undercooked pancakes. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Tonight we were seated very quickly and that’s where the wheels fell off! After waiting over 15 minutes I finally went to the greeter and asked if anyone was working in the dining room The manager was standing there and said she would send someone to our table. A few more minutes and a guy comes to take our drink order but made it clear he wouldn’t be taking our food order, someone else would be there after their break. We said fine. Drinks came, About 15 more minutes a waitress came and took our food order ……… People came and went as we waited and waited and waited. When we had been there 1 hour we left. I told the cashier that we were never served but no need to call the mgr. but she insisted The mgr came up, I told her we weren’t served and she said “ your food is next in the window” no thank you…. I wonder what will be in these buildings when Cracker Barrel closes. I predict this will be the next big chain that is known only as a memory Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We waited patiently until something came to take our order. The other server had a large table. When that happens, a manager should be visibly on the floor to help out. The first person who stepped in was a bit annoyed and we could tell by her facial expression, how she spoke, and what she asked. The tone was being set. We changed our focus and were determined to enjoy our food. It didn't take too long for our food to come out. We were very shocked. The second person who waited on us was apologizing for not reaching us in time. We shared how we understood. He was pleasant and returned to check on us with more smiles. They had some wonderful sales in their gift shop. We enjoyed checking it' out. Sale prices were great! I bought some great items for my family. It was a pleasant shopping experience. The best part of Cracker Barrell is the Old Time Country Store. We visited today and had the Grandpa Breakfast & the Grandma's Breakfast. I had the country fried steak with one and th3 country fried Chicken with the other. We also had sausage with the grandma's Breakfast. Both come with a country side... two eggs any style and a side of biscuits and sausage gravy! Just because you can't come to CB and not order pancakes we had a side of pancakes too! The wait wasn't long, Carson (our server) was great and the food was good too! Now CB has a rewards program! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I don't recall ever having a bad meal at Cracker Barrel and while the quality has gone down slightly over the past couple of years, tonight was a new low. I ordered veggies, my wife had breakfast and my grandson ordered a grilled cheese with fries. The grilled cheese came to the table burned and my veggies were only lukewarm. I had asked for mac & cheese as one of the sides but they were out, so I settled for corn instead. I asked for cornbread 4 times before getting it. I asked for pepper sauce 3 times and when it arrived, the bottle was empty. I thought about sending the grilled cheese back but it had taken so long to get our food that I didn't want to wait any longer. Plus, I knew my grandson wasn't really hungry and probably wouldn't have eaten it anyway. The restaurant was busy but not overly crowded on a Sunday evening, so I'm not sure what the issue was. I noticed several diners having issues as well. It's my hope that management gets things under control because I have really enjoyed dining at this Cracker Barrel because of it's convenient location.
