I believe the sound level in all Cracker Barrels is excessive. But the staff and food at this Cracker Barrel were excellent. I had dinner 2x and breakfast once. The biscuits were always fresh, be sure to add the apple butter it's worth the extra $.50. I had the roast beef dinner which was melt in your mouth excellent. And I had the country fried steak & gravy which was fried crisp while the steak was till moist and tender. It was so good I hardly needed the gravy. And I had a traditional egg, hashbrowns, and bacon breakfast which were very good. I always have a hard time getting bacon cooked the way I like it, here it was crispy but not hard and crunching. Over all I highly recommend this Cracker Barrel location. Also, I stopped for the night with my RV, but had a personal need to stay a 2nd night. When I asked to stay again the manager had no problem with it, they got 2 more meals from me, good business decision; very considerate. Our waiter was amazing. My first time ever at Cracker Barrell. I kept hearing great things about this place. The food was nice and hot. It did not take long for it to come out. I definetly recommend. Food was amazing along with the service. I came here with my family after a cruise to get breakfast and was not disappointed, I had the Sunday chicken special and it was delicious, The chicken was juicy, crispy and tender, plenty of side options. The food pales in comparison to the service, we had the very kind Kirstin as our server she went out of her way to make us feel at home and welcome. We were seated at 2:00pm. We got our food at 2:48. We both ordered items on the menu that said "served in a hurry" and the "special of the day". We were traveling and wanted something fast that was not fast-food. Food was good but waitress and manager told us about the delay after 20 minutes of waiting. I had a late lunch with a good friend and we both really enjoyed our lunch! I have been switching from fried food where I can. I ordered a grilled chicken tenders, cooked apples and macaroni and cheese plate with biscuits. It was a delicious meal that I will definitely order again and again. Hank had a Chicken fried chicken, cooked apples and corn plate with cornbread that he enjoyed! Afterwards we stopped in the Country Store and I bought birthday presents for my sister and my granddaughter. I can always count on finding a gift in the store because there are so many wonderful things to look at! A great time was had as we enjoyed our meal ,had very good service and got important shopping done . Great place to go for breakfast! Be prepared to wait, which affects service wait times. I had the Grandpa breakfast. The meal consists of your choice, fried chicken or country fried steak, eggs, and biscuits with gravey. I also ordered a pancake and hasbrown potato cheese casserole. The Neal tastes great. My only reservation would be the gravey. Very bland. Biscuits were light and fluffy. Adding the butter and honey made it taste close to a dessert.
