As usual, this place offers palatable and affordable meals. The staff are accommodating, friendly, and polite. Stopped in on a rainy night, temperature inside was frigid. We asked about the fireplace and was told it wasn’t cold enough. Most people had heavy coats on inside, if I had a blanket I would have used it to get warm. Staff not friendly or courteous. They were out of soup(of any kind). Not what I have come to expect from Cracker Barrel. On the positive side the food was excellent and tasted great. Waitress was attentive to our table. Probably not enough to bring me back to this location. Explains why it wasn’t crowded at dinner time. Very clean inside & out. Waitress was very friendly & did a great job. We did notice the store looked to have 30-40% less merchandise for sale then normal? Sign of the times? Only suggestion is they should put trashcans in parking lot, especially where rvs park. The dumpster was over flowing so people left bags on the ground. We had the pleasure of stopping here for breakfast on the way to catch our cruise. This Cracker Barrel experience was the best we have ever had. The food, service and atmosphere was top tier. Gavin R was our waiter and he was absolutely phenomenal!! Thanks for a great start to out vacation. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I called in my order approximately 5:15 p.m.. I was told they were behind 30 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:15 giving them ample time to have my order ready. Meanwhile it was not ready. I waited another hour. I was told they did not have Mac and cheese so fries were ordered instead. Another 45 minutes passed by. Finally my order was ready. I live less than 2 miles from cracker barrel. When I opened my food. I cannot tell you how disappointed and disgusted I was along with the other order!!!!!! The chicken and dumplings were dry and dumplings were brown as if it was old. The country fried steak was cold and tough as well as the vegetables. I called and asked for the manager. After explaining we had to wait for our order for an exceptionally long time on top of our food being obnoxious she only offered free breakfast. I inquired could we go to another location. She answered no. This is not the first time we have had poor service and horrible food at this location. After a length a time we gave the place a second chance hoping for improvement. It concerns me that this establishment represents hot , fresh, home cooked meals and does the opposite and gas NOT ONE OUNCE OF REMORSE! Knowing that other customers are going to be served what we were served. Cold, dried up food with tough dried up vegetables. I pray this doesn't go unnoticed. Cracker Barrel is one of my family's favorite places for us all to gather to have a meal together! This was our first time eating at a Cracker Barrel! We thought, it's just another chain, the food will be average. But ... ...we were wrong! The food was really good and tasty. Great comfort food. And the portions are huge, we had enough leftovers for the next day's lunch! And everything is very reasonable priced! This was definitely not our last time dining at a Cracker Barrel! Very underwhelming experience from the other locations I’ve visited. Out of items to entertain children while waiting 45 mins for a breakfast dish and three hamburger steaks. Our server was sweet as could be. Everyone else, even the bus of people, seemed to get their meals and be done before we were served. To have waited that long and the food be subpar? Brand new restaurant! It’s so nice and clean. Lots of lovely holiday items already in stock! It’s a smaller version of the Cracker Barrel’s I’ve been too but it’s the same set up and of course has the fire place! Food was great and service was too. Conveniently located right off of I-65. This area is up and coming. New Starbucks and other eateries, Publix Grocery and a medical complex located here too.
