I enjoyed a medium cook Wagyu Hamburger with fries. Havarti Chees, Bacon and an Aioli spread. A little basic, but flavorful and juicy. Fries were thin cut. They tasted okay. Cracked Pepper has never disappointed, but today they went above and beyond to make sure the experience was amazing. I took my 6 year old daughter on a dad/daughter date for the first time at a fancy restaurant tonight. She’s a very shy kid at first but EVERYONE at cracked pepper made her feel welcomed, safe and excited to be there. Within 3 minutes she was a chatter box, from the hostess to the servers, the manager and even the owner, I cant express how much fun she had and how much she loved the food and all the desserts. From the service, to the food, the cleanliness, the atmosphere, they have 2 patrons for life. My partner had reservations for a patio seat for a month, we also noted on the reservation that it was for a special occasion- our anniversary. We got there and we're seated inside. When we asked about it we were told the patio had been bought out for the evening. Wish that had been communicated. We left because they did not honor that part of our reservation. Service: 1
