Started out strong - finished kind of meh.
We met friends for dinner last night and they recommended CT to try something new. Our server was really super nice and attentive. The pour of wine and the pretzels were excellent - but from there it got kind of dicey.
The restaurant got busy and I believe our server also got a large table of prom goers. I can’t fault her but she was struggling to keep up with all her tables. We also waited a long time for our food.
When the food did arrive, my steak was lukewarm as was my buddy’s was as well. Not bad enough to send back but not exactly what we had hoped. I have no idea what we waited on or why multiple dishes were not hot.
I may give this another shot - not sure.

The Hoffman hotdogs are super good. Fish tacos are always a hit too. The folks next to us had Chile con Carne with chips on the side - that looked amazing. Not sure if that's on the menu but we'll be trying this "off the menu hack" next time.

We sat at the bar tables...high tops.
We like that.
In the corner, wait staff attended immediately.
Food was great.
Drinks were very good...stout I would say.
Enjoyed our afternoon.

We've lived near this restaurant for a while but had never been there. Decided to try it out for lunch the other day and we were impressed. All the employees we met were friendly. Food was served quickly and was very good. Everyone in my group was extremely impressed.

Super sweet little restaurant tucked away behind the road a bit. We were seated quickly and served just as fast. We enjoyed foods from all over the menu and everything was perfect. Everything arrived to us quickly and as ordered. Server was friendly and prompt. Parking looks like it can get a bit tight - just know that going in. Would NOT stop us from returning but there was a line waiting for our vehicles to leave (to us says the foods THAT good). They also have outdoor seating for when it's not like sitting on the surface of the sun outside. 10 outta 10 would recommend and will absolutely be returning!!

Tried this on a whim based on reviews. The space is like a typical tavern/bar but the food was great. Tried French onion soup, delicious. The burger, great! Fast, friendly service too. Will definitely be back.

A nice homey tavern with elevated American fare. My cohorts and I stopped in for a late dinner after an all-day convention.
Soup of the day was clam chowder. While not exactly "piping hot", it was plenty flavorful. I also tried their signature burger, and it was one of best burgers I've ever eaten, full-stop. It had pimento cheese, tomato-bacon jam, and arugula. Fantastic — especially with sweet potato fries as a side.

I've never had a bad time or bad experience here. The staff is great, the food is phenomenal, and I even spoke to the chef to made my meal. Between Chef Sarah's cooking and Juile and Terri's drinks, couldn't ask for a better experience

Told my carry out order would be ready in 25 min. Arrived 30 minutes later - told food would be ready in 5 to 10 min. After standing in entry for 20 plus minutes told it would be another 5 to 10 minutes. Left without already paid for food - I could no longer stand in place. Staff clearly being dishonest about the wait time. Two other people also waiting for same time period. DON'T USE FOR CARRY OUT. It is not a priority for this place. Update 12/7. Contacted via website as instructed. Never heard back.

Visited here when I was out of town at my best friend's house... I've been here a few times actually, the food and drinks are always good... Unfortunately literally had to wave a server over to order anything, and I was sitting at the bar! I'll still go back though! Maybe it was just an off day for them. 😁
