Very nice and cozy as per their cafe name. Super lovess their scones! As for me it tastes better than the one at coffee bean. The strawberry jam, butter and cream are just a good combo ✨
Ordered their rose latte which tastes very nice and the cup was quite big as well. Totally worth it!

True to its name, Cozy cafe is cosy and quiet. Located within the Butterworth Digital Library building. Easily accessible carpark nearby. Although the service was abit slow due to only 1 person manning the counter, prepare drinks and food and clear table, the service was friendly and attentive. The coffee was great - smooth, aromatic and bold taste. We had the latte, rose latte and cozy special latte.

Quite cozy, for a small cafe. Love the simplicity. Not much of variety but i can see each of the selections are made carefully. The waffle was crunchy and SO YUMMEH ^_^ Cozy Special Latte is extremely good since I have a sweet tooth.
I don't think I'll bring my toddlers here. I think it'd be comfy for adults to have a peace of mind while sipping latte. 😌

Snacks, desserts and coffee are great but I'm not a fan of the main course.
It was handled by 1 person only so for future customers, please be patient.
Since I'm new around here, I didn't know where to park the car, then I saw that there's parking behind the building.
Not suitable for a big group as it is a small cafe. If want to, please be mind about other customers and do not make loud noise when chatter as it can disturb others.

Rose Latte Hot
Cozy small cafe with nice deco. Portuguese tart was good I liked it a lot, tried some light bites and waffle too which were also quite ok.
Everything was good but the ventilation in the kitchen need to be improved (there’s no door separating the kitchen & cafe, aircond in the kitchen circulate the greasy smell from the fryer throughout the whole cafe)
A bit hidden among the apartments, this little cafe in the Butterworth Digital Library is an answer for a quiet, cozy escape. Friendly staffs always ready to serve you. Drinks are good, and a variety of snacks to choose from the menu. The best thing when I was there is the aroma of cookies baking in the oven.

Its my first time here. Take away a Hot Caramel Latte to try. A Latte Art for a take away cup is an 'A' effort to rate. Eyeing for the menu, if owner can give clarification all is using Halal Ingredients, I will try.

Such an awesome place. Very comfortable and cozy. Lovely staff and owner. Food is tip top and service is fast. I’m an adult with autism and this is one of the few cafes that I can sit and have a meal without getting overwhelemed sensory wise. Music is soothing, temperature is just right, the lights are not too dim or too bright, and there’s lots of comfortable places to sit at to enjoy a meal. Temperature of the meal is perfect, not too hot to the point that you can’t eat it, just nicely warm and fresh. The cafe is also next to Butterworth Digital Library, which is convenient for library patrons like me to have a meal. 10/10. Will visit again.
