I took my family here, including a 6 year old, 4 year old, 11 month, and 10 month old. If they loved it, then you know I did. We had so much food 😋. All of it was delicious. We've been wanting to come here since the place opened. Came here on a Wednesday evening as it looked dead and the place wasn't busy. Even then the service was quite slow and it took our server a long time just to bring back our drinks. We were one of the very few tables there and service was moving at a snail's pace. Server checked on our table once throughout the whole dinner. Let's get into the food. The mac and cheese bites were $11.00 and we got 8. EIGHT total. We ordered the Cowboy Burger and the Steak Medallions. Cowboy Burger was a bit bland and honestly a bit on the small side. We asked for the burger cooked medium rare. Got it well done. The Cowboy Steak Medallions - I asked for them to be medium rare. They were close to medium well if not well done. Both the Cowboy Burger and the Steak Medallions were quite bland. Which was killer for the steak Medallions especially. Overcooked and zero flavor. All in all disappointing experience and if they can't even cook steak medallions medium rare then there's no point in coming back. Be careful of going here folks, especially if you’re not a fan of Surcharges. 4.5% was added to our check. I’m not really into paying for somebody else’s higher wages via surcharges. If these places want to make us pay more, then do it like the smart restaurants do and use the Credit Card Swipe Fee instead. That charge is much easier to swallow. Sad to say, our servers tip was affected by the amount of the surcharge, because they’re getting it anyway. Food was good. Enjoyed my visit here the other day while out at the mall. Like that it has a sports bar/grill feel but was actually quiet and subdued when we visited. Easy to carry a conversation. It was a first date and my date didn't eat a single thing on his plate but kept insisting to the sweet server it was great and he loved it. She seemed as perplexed as I was on why he wasn't eating if it was so great. Nonetheless, my burger was great and I ate every bite of it. All of my substitutions and requests were met without a blip of annoyance from the server. I eat a ketogenic diet so I subbed a salad for fries and removed the bun, the cook got it perfect. Will definitely go back again, not on a date and try something else from their menu. They have a lot! I’d give this place 2.5-3 stars. The service was pretty slow (it took quite a while for our relatively simple meal to come out, despite the place not being very busy), the nachos were very salty and a bit soggy (as if they had been sitting around for a while), and the chicken caesar wrap was pretty messy to eat. Our 1st time here. Drinks were good. Food was alright, we had burgers & my son had the adults chicken tenders. was surprised they didn't ask us how we wanted it done. Meat was a little dry. The chicken tenders were way too thin. But I gotta give credit to our server, you can tell they were short staffed, but she kept a positive attitude & was very courteous. The middle schoolers in our group say it's pretty mid, definitely not drip. No cap! Nachos were decent but overpriced for the portion at $22 with chicken. Ordered the Buffalo Burger medium and it came well done, green chilies didn't add much and there wasn't enough aioli so it was just a dry hamburger. Smoked Pork Tacos had coleslaw but it was just the dry coleslaw ingredients without any of sauce. The BBQ Pulled Pork Burger was mid as well, just the other pork was good, and the bottom and top bun was so soggy we couldn't use it. Unfortunately this seems par for the course at the Mall of America, the food quality has really gone downhill. Destination such as this should have top-tier restaurants.
