Every time I’m in Porto I’m coming back to this place! Is one of my favourite. The cosy, casual atmosphere and super friendly staff together with amazing food makes a perfect mix. The food is always amazing, Tuna is over the top. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Best food experience in Portugal so far. Coupage is a small and cozy restaurant in the city center with a great selection of dishes and a great team. We loved the food. The ceviche and the tuna was extremely tasty and gambas were incredible. The sauce for the gambas was a little bit spicy and with garlic, and was served with toasted bread for the sauce. We also enjoyed the cod croquettes and the beef. Price is really fair. We paid ~60eur for 2 people including a bottle of wine and 5-6 dishes. Dog friendly place with innovative flavors of familiar dishes. It's small so booking makes sense and tables are high with barstools. Super friendly waiter. Everything was tasty but we especially enjoyed the melon gazpacho which was unforgettable. The fried eggplant with sugar cane and the ceviche were superb as well. This restaurant is an absolute gem. We loved every dish that came out. The combination of ingredients was surprising and the resulting flavours even more so. It's a lovely little place with a great ambience and attentive staff. I highly recommend the chestnut puree with egg and sausage. It really doesn't sound like much when I say it like that but it just went so well together, as did the mussels with coconut milk (don't forget to squeeze the lime on those!). Great tapas meals with dishes that go a little beyond the norm of most other restaurants. The Tuna was a fav. Highly recommend a reservation as seating is very limited. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €25–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Best place we went for dinner in Porto! Dishes all really nice and full of flavour, tapas style sharing dishes. Nice atmosphere there’s only a few tables. Feels really special. Do recommend you book, so many people were turned away when we were eating. Can recommend the ovos rotos, croquettes, diced beef and mushroom crepe. That was everything we ate and all delicious.

This is a great little restaurant with a nice list of tapas. The service was very good. Very attentive. The hostess was nice enough to seat us despite being more than 15 minutes late in a full restaurant. This restaurant is small restaurant with about 8-10 tables. We ordered a number of small dishes and each was delicious. The best dish was the spicy potatoes. The spice was nice and just right. I would recommend this restaurant, but it really requires a reservation. I made an early last minute reservation at 6:30pm. The rest of the evening was full. I would definitely recommend this Mediterranean restaurant, that clearly has a Portuguese influence in the dishes. Marcia was great as our server. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner
With such an unassuming exterior this lovely little place could easily be overlooked. Do not make that mistake. Book a table and enjoy a well curated menu with fresh produce, superbly cooked and served by wonderful young staff. Highlights were definitely the melon gazpacho and tuna tataki with guacamole. Lastly, the bill for two, and we ate and drank heartily, was only just over €50. Astonishing value. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The place is quite small so would recommend booking a table beforehand (available through fork). Service was really good and the food quality is amazing! The plates are rather small as it's more a tapas kinda place but 3-4 + desert would be enough for 2. They have a greta selection of wines as well we particularly enjoyed the dry port wine. For food, the fried eggplant is a must try and we really enjoyed the beef cooked in red wine. Cheesecake was very fresh and creamy as well. All in all a great experience.
