Walked and hungry from a long day, from Boston and back today. I’ve been craving chicken teriyaki, and today Michele Took my order, and asked Stephanie, the incredible cook, to make my chicken teriyaki exactly as I asked! It is the best I’ve ever had at any TA in America! I asked for less rice and add extra mushrooms, and void. Did she! It was perfect for me. I told my servers, how well I was enjoying my meal, and she asked the cook, Stephanie, to come out, so I can tell her myself. I want to make sure I reiterated, what a great job she’s doing. I told her I could tell that she’s putting her heart and soul into cooking here! She said yes, she really was, and she loves it. I also told her I have been a cook myself, also server, and also managed to restaurant before. I appreciate good help and service when I see it! Thanks again, everyone! I’ll be back! Mostly blind-side parking, TA is known for that, so bring your A-Game. Reserved parking $25. Peaceful night, surprisingly. Food is a little pricy for the quality and taste, and I could not customize anything on my order because they don't have a button for it, and the waitress didn't want to let the kitchen know.
