Was absolutely mortified to find tons of blackened pieces of rotting celery in my salad. There is plenty more than what I have picked out. Also I asked for Swiss cheese and got some pretty gross American cheese instead, not the first time that has happened. Swiss has holes in it and tastes much better. Anyway not worth it. Also want to add I did call to state the complaint and was not offered a refund of any kind.

Wow! What a great gem to easily stop at. We are traveling and have a person with Celiac, so normal fast food doesn’t work. Ordered 4 sandwiches and a salad, absolutely fresh and so tasty! Avocado sandwich was heaven! Definitely worth turning the corner to get to!

Ordered tuna salad. Asked if there were raw onions. Was answered “no”. Were red onions in the sandwich. Brought it back and asked for a steak and cheese. Used to be my go to there. Ended up throwing the steak and cheese away and leaving hungry. Also, counter worker was not only negligent, but also kind of rude. Used to be a great place. Should be zero stars, but one is the least I could select.
I like Counter Culture. I have been to several locations of counter culture around Bossier and Shreveport. We came to this location with friends after going to the Field of Dreams park. The employees were rude when I accidentally asked said Humphrey vs. a yogurt cup for the kids. I do understand I said the wrong thing but a polite education vs. mocking would be preferred. Two of the kids got way more toppings which did not go unnoticed by the other two. When I went back up and asked if we could have more so they could be equal they told me they would have to charge me for it. Not coming back to this location again. It would have cost maybe .10 cents to make the kids all the same on their end. Instead I had two happy kids and two upset kids. Although I will continue to go to Counter Culture I will never be back to this location. The customer service left much to be desired. I wanted to take the kids to a local place vs a chain. I wish I could have had a different experience because this location is very close to the park and right on the way home.

First time here, expected more i guess...cashier was very nice, but the yogurt didn't taste any different from buying a pint out the store...don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad....just expected a more unique taste
Really missed coming here for the food and the Humphrey frozen yogurt, fruit, honey and granola. Nice way to cool off on a hot day.
This used to be one of my favorite places to eat however it's gotten so expensive that I don't go as often as I used to. New owners have changed a lot of items. You cannot get a fountain drink, everything is bottled, therefore no ice. They ask if you are paying by card or cash and charge you extra if you use your debit card... The food is excellent. You can't beat their sandwiches. Their customer service is lacking but overall it's still an excellent choice for healthy food. And of course the yogurt is delicious, especially the Humphrey.
