I stop by Costa Vida once or twice a month on my way home from work to grab dinner. I love that it's always a quick visit, even when the line is long I get in and out of there in under 10 minutes. The food always tastes great and the store is always clean, can't ask for much else! Edit: years later nothing has changed, still quick service, clean restaurant, and great food! They clearly have quality management that keeps things running well. Definitely a favorite when we eat "out". The food was very good and everything was smooth. It tasted amazing and I would've had a perfect time except for an employee gave me a lot of attitude and seemed very annoyed by me being there. The food wasn’t too bad but the customer service wasn’t the greatest. I got accused for having fake points on my account when they were actually mine, but then they proceeded to not let me use my point on my rewards like I desired to today. I’ve had a couple of instances at this specific costa vida where I have experienced awful customer service. On this day in particular, I went with my boyfriend to get some dinner. Everything was great and then I got to the register. The lady at the register seemed fairly new since she didn’t have a name tag and only had a Costa Vida Apron on. I didn’t catch her name however. Immediately she cuts me off as I’m asking her how her night has been, and says “what meat did you get” so I told her I got a sweet pork salad. My boyfriend and I were on the same order and as I was going to tell her that he was on my order she spouted off my total. Then I told her that he was on my order. She rolled her eyes and snapped at me saying “well what did he get?” So I told her that he got a small sweet pork salad. Then she tells me my total and as I’m pulling out cash she yells at me and says “the card reader is right here.” So I asked her if cash was okay and she just rolled her eyes again and looked all frustrated so to make it easier on both of us, I just paid with my card. She didn’t give me a receipt and she then told her manager I didn’t pay. So he came up to me and I showed him my bank statement saying it charged my card. We got it sorted out but all I'm saying is don’t work customer service unless you can work well with customers who are trying their best to be nice to you. i love this costa it’s close to my house and everything. but recently had some horrible customer service experience. As i was checking out at register the girl at the register i think is new she had short hair. anyways she interrupted me and rolled her eyes at me. she also didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. it made me never want to come to this location again. very unprofessional and she needs better training or maybe to work in the back where she doesn’t have to talk to a customer ever. that’s all. So I didn't remember to get the receipt code for the survey but we came into this location tonight and Bella made our night. She was so helpful and friendly and had out best interest in heart. She interacted with every customer this kindly and deserves a raise❤️

Costa Vida is one of my favorite places to eat. And this place is usually pretty busy. They are clean and the food is delicious. I like these guys over cafe Rio because it seems like the food is easier to eat and it’s tasteier to my American food palet. The highchairs at this Costa Vida are A+++. We always order kids meals so naturally we sit in highchairs and these are truly the most comfortable ones!
