Our family loves Costa Vida! It saves me on nights that I don't have time to cook, or when we want a fun night out. The catering is awesome, too. Such huge portions and you know it will be yummy! Costa Vida catered a dinner for our faculty at school. The food was delicious. I love the fresh tortillas. The pork is my favorite meat and I always love the dressing. Went through the drive-through, and was told to pull around to the front to wait for my order. That was at 6 PM, at 6:34 PM I called their customer service line to find out where the food was. I was told that the restaurant said it would be another 10 minutes. I have watched people walk in and out of the restaurant and receive their food in much faster time than mine. When the manager walked out and told me what was going on, he said there were new people on the line. I can understand that. However, taking 40+ minutes for quick serve food is not the kind of service one expects. I am hoping that this can improve and I’m hoping things will get better. Even though this in not even remotely authentic, it is not bad. The tortillas are pretty spot-on. They are nice and they hooked up some teachers for a late night they were working.
