The app would not work, so I ordered on the phone. The girl taking the order had no clue what she was doing. When I got to the store my order wasn't even started and we had to wait 20 mins for them to make it. There were 6 or more workers just standing around by the cashier doing nothing while I was waiting for my order. There was no pork available, so I had to change my order. The manager and 2 other workers kept going outside to vape right in front of the store. No one had hair pulled back or hair nets. Very disappointed with the service. Today I went to this location and used the drive thru. I ordered two items and one extra dressing to go with it. I pulled to the window and paid with a hundred bill. When I recieved my change back I was $20 dollars short and informed them right away that I was short on my change and handed them back the change and the reciept. They rolled their eyes at me then closed the window and then came back and told me I must have dropped it somewhere, and that they knew that they did give me the correct change. She proceeded to argue with me about it, until I suggested that they count their register til & check then. This was when she finally just handed me back a $20 bill that she had in her hand the entire time. This was even a manager I think. Very unprofessional and so incredibly rude. I got home only to find out my order was very wrong and I was missing my extra dressing that I know I had paid for because it was on my reciept. I will not be coming back again to this store after this incident and so many problems today and being treated so poorly. I do understand that mistakes happen, but I was also the ONLY customer there at that time in the drive thru line. This would've been a 5 star review, and it is based on my experience in Evanston, WY. I don't know what happened to these guys, but when I ordered a quesadilla bowl I never got any salsa. And what is mexican food without the salsa? I noticed other customers would get salsa on the side and when I asked for some they said it was not part of the dish... I wanted to buy some and they offered a bottle of Tabasco. But leaving that aside, they make fresh tortillas continuously and every day! Not bad for a fast food chain. The flavor is very good. Very close to be called authentic mexican food. They got something for everyone. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

I'm gluten-free because stupid Celiac's Disease and on a road trip. Happy to find that Evanston Wyoming knows their gluten-free! It's one less thing to worry about. Staff was nice. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Three strikes your out! First time there was no chicken in my chicken tortilla soup, second time they didn't give me any tortilla strips, the third and last time they didn't even put the broth in my soup. Attention to detail are horrible. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I used the drive-through today and ordered. When I got to the window, I reminded them what I ordered. The person tried to have me pay a lesser amount, and I had again reminded him of what I ordered. I did receive food but not even close to what I had ordered. This has happened the last two times. I called them and no answer. So when can Oregon get a costa Vida so impressed! Never had such hot fresh fast food ,and that queso is to die for ! Love the simplicity of the menu! Would definitely frequent if I lived in Wyoming.
