The environment is unpleasant; there's no consideration for non-smoking patrons, which is quite disappointing. I'm taken aback by this, and the workers seem indifferent to your emotions. I do not suggest anyone to go there.

I recently visited Costa, and while the coffee was good, I found the atmosphere to be extremely crowded and noisy. It wasn't the best place for me to work in a calm atmosphere. The prices were also expensive, and the food was just average. Additionally, the café had no designated smoking area, which meant that the place always smelled like cigarettes. This is not ideal for someone who hates the smell of smoke. Overall, while Costa is alright, I would not recommend it as a great place to work or relax due to the noise and smoke.

كوستا كوفي من افضل الاماكن عامة عندي لتناول وجبة الافطار داخل مصر وخارجها عندهم نظافة في كل شيء ويتميز بالتنوع في حجمم ولون الكراسي ينقصهم فقط الخدمة في الدور الاسفل لانهم يفرضون ان اطلع للدور الاول لأختار ما اريده ومسموح فوق بالتدخين وهذا امر لا يطاق عندي وعند الكثير

Nice place, but crowdy even at the mid of the day in the middle of the week. I loved their cheesecake and my favorite cup of cappuccino, but had to take it home.
My favorite flat white will always be found at Costa coffee 🧡

My favorite place to get a good tasty coffee, I like the quality and the quantity.
It added a new item deserve to be tried.
Even the sandwiches and packed items taste great.
Every visit is a nostalgic experience specially with the original items.
