Corona Village is now in my favorites list for Mexican restaurants. I had the Mariscos Cabo Blanco with house margarita and both were very good. The salsas were also nice, I recommend mixing the mild and hot together. Faith was my waitress and I have nothing but praise for her. Definitely try this restaurant out if you're in Laramie. I hadn't been to Corona Village in years and I was happy to see that the quality of food, service, and ambiance was still high. I shared shrimp and steak fajitas with a friend and, it was not only hot and delicious, there was plenty of food for both of us. The decor is so fun and interesting and the booths unusually colorful and comfortable. Service was friendly and fast. Great dining experience! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

#CoronaVillage is a Mexican restaurant that is highly reviewed in Google, Yelp! and Trip Advisor: the virtual trifecta of positivity. The restaurant did not disappoint. We started with the usual Mexican standard of #ChipsAndSalsa they make their salsa with a special blend of spices, and fresh produce which makes it very tasty. They also fry the Chips fresh. For drinks I began with a delicious #CoronaVillageMargarita that I Mucho Sized This Margarita is made with Corona Villages signature margarita mix and is available in many flavors including lime (original), mango, strawberry, watermelon, kiwi, banana, peach, orange, raspberry, blackberry, melon, jalapeño, and pineapple of course I went with the luscious #RaspberryMargarita My husband opted for a #PineappleMojito Rum vigorously shaken with pineapple flavor infused into this twist on the classic Mojito which he thought was a bit on the sweet side but it worked. I loved the giant size of drinks for a decent price. We then shared a plate of #ChickenTaquitos Two crispy flour tortillas rolled and stuffed with chicken and Jack cheese. Garnished with tomatoes and cheese. Served with sour cream and guacamole it was a very yummy Appetizer. For mains we went with a variation on a favorite dish Pollo a la Crème called #PolloCostaBlanca Strips of chicken breast sautéed with carrots, mushrooms, green peppers, and onions in their light creamy jalapeño sauce. Served over rice, with Rancho beans and salad it was very tasty and the jalapeño sauce was amazing. We went with another favorite #ChileVerde Chunks of tender pork cooked to perfection in a mild green tomatillo sauce with green peppers, onions, and spices. It was a Very well executed dish. Wonderful flavor. We then shared for dessert #DeepFriedIceCream A vanilla ice cream ball covered in their special crunch coating and then deep fried. Served with strawberry topping and cream. It was a hearty, delicious meal. Attentive, informed and well-paced service made it altogether a 5-star dining experience. I Look forward to a return visit to Corona Village Mexican Restaurant when we are in town. #coronavillagewyoming #goodservicemakesthedifference Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great food, quick and friendly service, they stop back and check for refills on chips and drinks. Music is a good volume without being too loud, and the seating is comfy. Will definitely be back! Update Aug 18 2023 First time ever with horrible service. Our regular gang of 4 plus an additional 2 friends went in to celebrate a bday. Margay pitchers, apps, 6 entrees...all with atypical surly service from our waiter. No birthday serenade either. Odd, and very disappointing. We'll go back I'm sure, but not very soon. If you're driving anywhere near Laramie, WY and have a hankering for Mexican food, Corona Village is the only place to stop in southeast Wyoming. From delicious margaritas to cook-to-order Mexican favorites like enchiladas, burritos, tacos, Corona Village does it right. They can seat large parties too. Maria in the bar mixes up fab pitchers of mango margaritas...ask her for her special mango margarita pitcher and she'll know who sent you! I especially love the quesadilla...it's a cheesy meal or a good app to share. Yes, they even have hamburgers...but don't do it. The Mexican meals...anything on the menu...is the real thing and should not be missed. The "fast food" Corona Village is Andele Rapido...and it's great too. Less ambiance, and faster...you can watch the pros grilling your meat and assembling your plate. They're good! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Service: 2 Recommended dishes Quesadillas

The food, value, and service at this place are amazing! Portions are HUGE. The chips and salsa that literally show up at your table the second you sit down and are refilled without question are so good. Service is so quick and friendly. You HAVE to get the queso. This time I had the Pelayo’s platter ($23.50) which was so much better than I expected (see picture…hand included for size reference!). Everything was so cheesy and delicious and the rice was amazing on its own. I had leftovers for breakfast this morning that fed both my husband and I and we were full. The Top Shelf margaritas are the best. I dare you to order more than one. You’ll be stumbling home. My only negative comment is that the tortilla soup was a bit watery and lacking the substance/flavor that it used to have. My aunt and uncle who visit often agree that the recipe must have changed. We live in Connecticut and come to Laramie once every year to see family and this place is a must visit! It was $450 for 9 people which we would never find on the east coast! Place looked great, they were very busy when we went in, was expecting things to be awesome. My food made me sick, got a chimichanga that was full of PINK CHICKEN, my husband's was as well except he didn't eat it there we took it home. He got sick on a incredibly greasy burrito, I used an entire napkin to sop up the grease off his plate and there was more. My enchilada was ok atleast but when I dug into my chimichanga I ended up eating atleast 1/3 of it and then realized why it my chicken bright pink????? Thought it may be sauce or seasoning until I found perfectly white chicken (see pictures). You can also see more of the pile of grease shining off his plate at the top of the picture. This was after we sopped it up with a soaked paper towel. Maybe this was just a bad day because this place has good reviews but our experience was absolutely terrible. They brought one little bowl of sauce for us both and we had to get a refill 4 times and wait a long time between, don't want us asking for more more more maybe bring 2 of your tiny cups instead of one. Very dissapointed, will not be back. Would've complained while we were there except for getting dirty looks when I was pulling apart my chimichanga to look at the chicken, instead of being asked if everything was ok I was just ignored and looked at from afar. Like ok...... Cool bathrooms though, got to spend quite a while in there, thanks. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30
