We came in just before 11am and ordered our drinks and Lunch. I was impressed with how the interior and how great everything looked. The staff were friendly But all of that slowly faded away in the hour that we waited for our food. Our drinks came out at 11:30am and then we waited another half an hour for food. By the time our food came, we had to order another round of drinks because the first were finished. The fish and chips my partner ordered were very ordinary and not nearly worth the price advertised. At the ordering stage we asked for extra tartar sauce and extra tomato sauce which was missed. The real disappointment was in the Hawaiian burgers that my friend and I ordered. The bread already felt expired and crumbled at the touch. It wasn’t until I was one bite in did my friend notice mould all across his burger bun. We stopped immediately and notified the staff who were apologetic. We did not expect to pay for the food as it was barely touched however, as a good will gesture, it would have been nice to have the drinks comped. Unfortunately this was not the case. After an hour of waiting, for food only to be let down. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Get the T-bone steak! Cafe was empty around lunch time so we had the place pretty much to ourselves and service was fast and attentive. The t-bone arrived on a hot plate and was cooked perfectly, now the steak definitely isn't melt in your mouth quality it's more of a bitey steak which I very much enjoyed accompanied by the mushroom sauce as well as the mash potato and garden salad. Definite recommend!

Visited on several occasions (two adults and an infant), cafe is decorated really nicely and there is a high chair available. The food is delicious and great value for money! Got the crispy chicken and the chicken with mushroom sauce along with coffee and smoothies (the peanut butter banana was my favourite!). Arnold and Teli were really helpful too highly recommend having a meal here!!
All day breakfast, perfect for those lazy mornings. Beautiful food, reasonably priced. Quick service will definitely come back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Service was just OK, maybe a bit nervous? Quite a long wait given only one other table were in. Fish wrap had a bit too much wrap (1 1/2 wraps), instead I would've appreciated a tiny bit more fish and salad and less or no chips. The chicken stack was amazing, we highly recommend it. The fish & chips, waffles, Koko Samoa, peanut butter smoothie, and iced chocolate were all so good too. Really cool decor and deck gardens outside that someone has put a lot of attention in to, this would be such a nice spot at night. Clean bathroom available yay! Prices a little on the high side. Niu came in little tanoa with metal reusable straws which was awesome
