I absolutely love everything about this place! The food was and always is delightful 😊 Their cocktails are super yummy, and beers are always cold. Service is prompt. The weather was cold, but they made fires, and we were comfortable. It's always worth it to pop in here when in town. Definitely recommend Copper Clover to anyone! #Cheers , till next time! I had the Nachos Grande burger with sweet potato fries and all I can say is WOW!!! The burger patty was perfectly grilled and the cheese sauce mixed with the quacamole was a taste sensation. The sweet potato fries were well prepared and mixed with the chillies and garlic sauce just took them to the next level. Will definitely be back on my next trip to Bloemfontein. Fillet was really nice and juicy with a lovely basting, no need for any extra sauce. Not everyone can make a nice creamed spinach but this was really nice, Well done to the chef. Bad experience waiter really not friendly at all We had to wait 20 min to be attended to . To order drinks . Asked the waiter where the menu for the drinks is he simply say you have to scan the code . We told him we do not have a phone to scan the code . He then started to ramble the menu out off his head . As there is children playing you can't even heard him after a struggle we orders drinks .and ended up eating at the Spur . Playground is not save at all

Foods we're well served, with a cool guy, but he was dressed inappropriately. However, he was fun. , he gave us the best of his service. He even asked me to take a takeaway of my left over. We ordered a platter for two, potato skins and steak. Presentation was a brown mess and the taste wasn’t any better. If I had to guess it would seem that all the items in the platter was fried from frozen. Mushrooms were soggy and cold inside, everything on the platter was over cooked / left in the fryer too long. Platter for two @ over R250. Good size but poorly prepared. Rest of the food was pretty average. Last thing; ordered two Guinness which was completely flat, which is a shame for an “Irish” Bar.
