I was so impressed with this restaurant over the past few days. Every meal was delicious and their menu options were so wide ranging. I am from Florida and thought they had the best Cuban sandwich I’ve ever tasted! Fresh salads, delicious breakfast. I know they’ve had some management changes recently, and it must’ve worked because the experience was excellent. Photos of the Cuban & grilled avocado 😋

Great food and lovely atmosphere! I got a bacon burger and fries with Utah’s famous fry sauce. My wife got a chicken Caesar salad. The location is in downtown Salt Lake and easy walking distance from the Salt Palace.

Surprisingly decent for a hotel bar/restaurant. The promontory cocktail was a bit much so I’d stray clear of that personally but the steak was perfectly cooked and tasty. They also have a great selection of local craft brews if you’re into that. Try the Bohemian Viennese lager (amber).

Breakfast Burrito
We came here three times during our stay and although the staff was very friendly the food takes forever here, even with simple items and when the restaurant is not very busy. The food is delicious though! I've never seen a blood orange vinaigrette before and it was incredible. The breakfast burrito and bison sliders were also great. I did not however care for the yogurt in the parfait. Great fries though and the tomato basil soup was also amazing.
Fantastic service and definitely doesn’t feel like a hotel bar at all! The food was fantastic — I got the burger. The sweet potato tots are super good, too. Make sure you get Brandy as your bartender — she has the best pour! Great vibe and ambient atmosphere that’s social but not too loud.

We were really excited to eat here it looks and smells delicious and they were extremely understaffed the floor waitresses. We’re running their booties off just to make sure everybody has what they needed. We have been sitting for over an hour now and still have no food. I think management needs to step it up a little bit and be more prepared and to support their amazing waitresses better!

The staff here are racist towards the NativeAmericans. The hostess ignored us for a long time and then got seated away from everyone at the front at the entrance. The waitress took other people's orders that came in after us. Thought having breakfast at the hotel we're staying is better to start the day instead of looking for a place to have breakfast elsewhere in town. I'm not satisfied with the staff overall.

Santiago is by far the worst bartender I’ve ever experienced. Should flat out just be fired for being so lazy. Took 6 minutes to get aknowledged 12 minutes to get a drink had to yell for a second drink and then had to repeat what we we wanted for the drink twice, everyone in the bar had an issue with the service finally we called for a manager and the chef came out. Just baffling. However Brandy was top knotch the night prior, prime rib was excellent. If you see him in there just walk out it’s not worth the bad customer service

Super rude bartender. I was waiting at this almost empty “bar” inside the Raddison while my colleagues headed down from their rooms from a large conference.
After being there for not more than 3 minutes, the bartender pretty much asked me to leave with a “well this a bar” comment, insinuating I was not welcomed.
I advised the hotel staff and the manager who reacted with an ambivalence, careless attitude.
In the end, I feel reassured that I had not selected this rundown hotel as part of my visit to SLC.
There’s a plethora of better hotels in the area.
