Based on the reviewers' opinions, waiters offer great coffee, tea or lemonade. This spot is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Fair prices are something that should be said about this steakhouse. You will certainly like the pleasant atmosphere and cute decor. As for the Google rating, Copeland's received 4.3.

This place is awesome I can't wait to come back. The biscuits alone are to die for. Everything we ordered was cooked with care and to perfection. It is very obvious that there is a sense of pride to this kitchen and you can taste it. Reasonable food waits, attentive and kind staff and everything was very clean. Even places like lamps and window shades were clean and maintained. We really enjoyed our visit and only wish we could have eaten more lol. Definitely a place that loves what they do and takes pride in it. Can't wait to visit again on our next trip. I want to start off by saying we have been a fan of Copeland’s for years. We have ordered several holiday meals in the past. This particular order was around $250. The pick up time was 10:00 AM. My husband was given the wrong order around 10:30 AM. It took management about 30 minutes to figure out what was going on with our order. Not one time were we given an estimated time for our order to be ready. We were not offered anything to compensate our time either. When my husband got home we had a few issues with the sides we ordered. The Mac and Cheese was cold. The sweet potatoes were also cold and very hard. There were chunks of potatoes. It was suppose to be smooth like a casserole. We ordered our meal to be hot. The dressing and sweet potatoes looked like it was dumped from another smaller pan into our larger pan. This food was not presentable. We decided to just ordered from a local Chinese restaurant. We drove from out of state to pick this food up. We were extremely disappointed with the food. On a positive note the fried Turkey was good. The green beans were very flavorful and the biscuits were also good. I understand that the restaurant is extremely busy today but I hope someone in management sees the post and offers to at least refund me for the sweet potatoes and dressing. The Mac and Cheese was not creamy. It was more like a soup. I did try to reach out via phone but after over 10 minutes of being on hold I decided to just post a review. I’m. It not trying to get anything for free. I would be happy if they just replaced at least two of the sides for a later date. Update: A manager did reach out today and will replace two of the sides at a later date. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
I was visiting a friend in Biloxi but had to make a special trip over to Slidell LA to go to Copeland's! They used to be in the DC area before Katrina and I was excited to experience their great creole cooking again. I wasn't disappointed!! We were in town from California, and our Aunt highly recommended this restaurant. The food was absolutely wonderful! The service was friendly and prompt. This place is a must! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Crawfish Bread
Stop here, no need to go into the city. Whether on your way out or in to the "big E", get your New Orleans cuisine fix here. We sat by the kitchen so smelled like wet rags, but I'm there for food, it started with amazing service from our server Isaac, a true professional. The ice tea, yes!!! Gumbo, tastes very homemade. For dinner, I got the Crawfish ravioli, I wish the crawfish was IN the Ravioli, but it was still great, wife got the crab cake and shrimp alfredo, DIVINE!! Dessert, UNFORTUNATELY, were out of Banana Foster's, but the CARROT CAKE, onecof the best one's I've ever had. Silky sweet as opposed to crumbly bread that's often dry elsewhere and with some milk? LET'S GOOOO!!! Go here, then do your sightseeing or get out of town and get your fix here. Conveniently located right off the 10. See you all soon. SUSTAIN!! If I wasn't hungry I wouldn't have ate this. I got the fish with red beans and rice. The catfish was small like chicken tenders and it taste like Captain D's fish. Then one end of the fish was tough like it was raw. Red beans and rice was giving Popeyes. Must use the same vendors. I called the manger he sounded blunt ask if he can remake it nah🤮 I wouldn't recommend nobody here. Go to New Orleans. Terrible food Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

We were on our way to Texas and my friend wanted to try gumbo for the first time. At first we stopped by another restaurant buy online it said place was open but when we pulled up there was a sign to say permanently closed. So I went on Google and found this restaurant which was about a mile away from our located. It's located in a small plaza on the very corner which is easy to find. Be prepared because it's super bright outside but inside is nicely dim lighting which you could say is alittle romantic. We seated in an area beyond the bar area and give the menus right away. So I saw this beautiful pineapple upside down cheese cake and the pecan Graham cracker crust and whip cream. Just say it feels so heavenly and it taste even better. Since I had to do most of the driving I decided on something lite so I went with the crab and corn bisque which was really good. My friends did the gumbo and chicken and mushrooms plate. First time here. At the server’s David suggestion I had the eggplant and it was delicious. Food was very flavorful and generous portions. Sat in the bar area and it was private enough for a first date. Service was prompt. Definitely recommend and will likely return. It's a local Nola chain and let me say, they are a solid representation. The Chantilly cheesecake was completely amazing. I'm not a desert person usually but that was top tier. The crab claws in white wine were fantastic and both gumbo and shrimp n duck were excellently seasoned. Very glad we found Copelands and we will be back again soon for more! Wow this food is unbelievable. The flavor explosion from the blackened catfish to the sweet potato side. The staff are fast and on point and this place is 5 🌟 ambiance. I also had the bayou broccoli. That stuff with the special sauce is on another level. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
