This cookie spot is a gem! Their adorable cookies, especially in the large bouquets of 12 for around $9 each, are worth every penny.
While it's a tad pricey, the cookies are impeccably crafted and oh-so-pretty.
Quick tip: give them a call before your pickup; the order might not be ready right on time, but hey, they're always freshly made to order!

I ordered cupcakes to be delivered to my daughter at EIU, which is an hour from Champaign. They delivered them early this afternoon, and they are perfect. My daughter and her friends at the newspaper are enjoying them as I write this review. Thank you so much for making this special day even sweeter!

Wish Cookies by Design would send a confirmation email when delivered. But bouquets are not only beautiful but tasty! Highly recommended!!!

Ordered 3 dozen gingerbread cookies. Half gingerbread men and half Christmas trees. Just wanted them decorated in white icing outlined on both men and trees. Was told that they only decorate a tree in full green and more detail on the gingerbread men. Not what I had in mind but, Okay. $180+…with tip…..OMG!! When I picked them up and got home with them, the trees were sugar cookies and all of the cookies takes like cardboard!! Definitely not impressed.

I ordered cupcakes online and when I called the store to see if I could come right when they opened so I wouldn't be too late for work, they had them ready to go and gave me fresh instead of frozen cupcakes which were a huge hit with my friend for her birthday and all our co workers. Thankfully I work with some big mouth co workers as the icing was piled high and made it hard to get a good bite LOL but seriously they were amazing and well worth it!

Amazing company to work with!!!! Customer service was incredible as we live in Massachusetts and our daughter goes to college in Illinois. One phone call & order was complete. Staff @ Cookies by Design clearly know the way around the University of Illinois. Cupcakes were delivered very quickly and perfectly😊 I highly recommend using Cookies by Design. You will not be disappointed!!!!!

I love Cookies by Design!!! I’ve got the Christmas “frost & decorate” kit a couple years in a row for a friend and they have the best time decorating with their grandkids!!!!
