I DO NOT USUALLY TYPE REVIEWS.. But despite the positive reviews, I unfortunately had a horrible experience with Cookies By Design. I ordered cookies to my fiancé’s job for his birthday. They did NOT deliver the cookies on my scheduled day. I called them to ask what time they would be delivered and they gave me the run around and said it would show up before 3pm…but they never arrived. I called them the next day and the lady on the phone showed no sympathy whatsoever & just quickly stated that her driver had car issues so I couldn’t be delivered on time. That’s fine, but nobody notified me of this until I called for myself. Instead, they came a day later after I had already requested a refund since we were going out of town. They said they issued me a refund so I thought that was the end of that. The cookies showed up to his job on a different day, and when they were eaten, the cookies were stale :/ Not only did we not want the cookies anymore, but they lacked even lacked quality. AND NOW, ON CHRISTMAS DAY, I find out that they never issued me a refund and my Afterpay is being charged and scheduled to hit my account. I highly recommend finding a more reliable source for delivering treats, and I hope this business can improve in the future. But for now, I’ll absolutely take my business elsewhere. The cookies were beautiful. They called to confirm the exact personalization of the cookies. They were a good size for the price. I would definitely buy from them again I may even take a ride to the store soon.

I placed the order at 6 PM the night before it was delivered the next day by 1230. Exactly as the picture described and exactly what I wanted written on a card. I have been using cookies by design for some years now. My only complaint is maybe the delivery charge is way too high but other than that they're good. I know the price has nothing to do with the store itself. The store itself has been up until now awesome.

My husband is very happy! The driver din't make it to his office on Valentine's day so he called and delivered it to our house at 8pm that night. So we were very happy when he made it and everything was delicious!!!

I have always thought that Cookies by Design was something special— mostly because they tasted as good as they looked. I was so happy that the delivery went smoothly because it was being delivered to a business— absolutely perfection!! Will definitely do this again! Thank you!

Danielle was incredible!!! Last minute cookies needed for a shower… simply no problem! They were delivered on time, beautiful And delicious. Amazing customer service! Bent over backwards to help me.. simply wonderful!!! The best!

The cookies were received and loved by recipient. Thank you for the added attention and adding a card for me. I’ve never been disappointed. And they loved the cookies, said they were delicious!!!! Thank you once again, job well done!!!
