Any other nights we don't have this problem. But this time food smelled like it wasn't changed like come on. And instead of just taking it and remaking the meal. It was excuses. In the fact that I have acid reflux and GERD bad oil triggers it to where sometimes I have to go to the ER. And I let them know that. Let's just say if I was to eat it and had to go to the ER. Wouldn't been good. And when they remade the meal only gave us two chicken nuggets that and two burt corn dogs. So on that note I'm not eating it. Cookout...your establishment never can seem to get my order correct. Today was the limit to not complain. I ordered 2 BLT sandwichs, got home and the sandwiches did not have tomatoes. Its a BLT, shouldn't the workers know that the T means tomatoes? I drove all the way back to the restaurant for two tomatoes being I live minutes away. Cookout please improve your services.

Took about 20 min to get through the drive through and when I got to to the window, they forgot one of my drinks. When I got my burger it had a big slice of onion and the pickles were practically on the side of the burger. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this cookout so I will not be coming back. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

First experience at Cookout after multiple friends recommended it. Staff couldn't care less, the serving sizes are laughable (3 chicken nuggets and 3 cheese curds? Quite literally comical when we opened the styrofoam), and they tried to insinuate we were stealing because we were all paying one on check but one of us went to the bathroom... said person's card was sitting on the counter to pay. We have been to several Cookout restaurants throughout the years and this one was by far the best. We got the Chicken strip tray with 2 ranch wraps and a BBQ chicken sandwich with 2 ranch wraps. All chicken was cooked to perfection. The strips were large and tasty. The chicken piece in the sandwich was kind of small, but tasty. The condiments were not overbearing to cover up the food. The eggnog shake was thick and tasty. The staff was pleasant and friendly. Overall it was an unexpected great dining experience. CookOut, I only can say great things! I wish there was one , I'd prefer some, but at least one in Florida. Anytime I ride up or down the coast, I always make a CookOut stop. I love the slaw-dogs. I've even brought finicky friends who end up falling in love with the excellent food. Burgers, chicken, quesadillas, even the hotdogs. Lots of drinks & assorted milkshakes. Their prices are perfect.
