Carefree Desert Gardens can be on your route by default, the guests' piece of advice is to come to this restaurant. Nothing can be better than eating perfectly cooked pluma ibérica, halibut and arugula salads. Taste good cheesecakes. A lot of visitors order delicious wine. Confluence will offer you great coffee. Absolutely amazing! My boyfriend and I did the 7 course chef tasting menu, and it was to die for! The chef is beyond talented, while using the only highest quality ingredients, he creates a masterpiece of flavors in every dish. The wife is absolutely a doll and so sweet. The establishment was beautiful with live plants flourishing throughout the place. We were visiting from Miami and will definitely be back! We wish we had you guys in Miami! Thank you so much again!! We had an amazing dinner tonight at Confluence. We had the mushroom Voul-au-Vent for an appetizer, which was delicious. My friends said their iberico porkchop and quail were fantastic. I had the snapper, which was perfectly prepared, and I felt like licking my plate as the polenta was outstanding. We ended with coffee and churros for dessert. The waitress was wonderful. Why is this place not packed every night? The food was simply amazing, as was the service. They had a unique wine list. You are missing out if you haven't been here for dinner. While the atmosphere is definitely bistro style, as described on their website, the food is anything but. If you live in CC and have not tried this place yet you are missing out on amazing food and great atmosphere. You can see chef prepare wonderful dishes in an open kitchen concept. Tori in front of the house is a welcoming hostess. The selection of both food and beer comes from many locally owned businesses. Everything prepared to perfection and very friendly atmosphere.
