The kiddos wanted spaghetti so we decided to stop here, the place is nice, a bit outdated but has plenty of seating and the server was very nice. They loved their spaghetti and I decided to get a personal pizza which was freaking delicious!!! I had one of the kids Cesar salad and the salad was soggy and had no flavor whatsoever but I didn't complain because the pizza was delicious. It is BYOB so next time I'm coming back with a bottle and order my pizza! Lol

I have been going to Collina’s since the late 90’s. The original location behind Memorial City Hospital was a nice place to go on a Friday night! The pizza is fantastic - top notch crust and great ingredients. The casual dining room is comfortable and a great setting for friends, business meetings and group events! Stop in today! Have been so fortunate to be invited to several birthday parties held here. The service is great.. attentive without being overbearing. Food is always delicious! Everything is prepared and served quickly. One of my very favorite places! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Calamari
I had been looking forward to this so my friend and I went and seated ourselves. Granted, there were two large groups but our waitress seemed disinterested in serving us, so she took our drink order and then didn't come back for what felt like fifteen minutes. I understand servers work hard and deserve breaks but trying to get the attention of the only other server was equally hard. We ended up ordering our food and my friend got the sausage tortellini and I got the chicken tetrazzini. Both dishes were virtually flavorless and swimming in a watery sauce. I don't know how much I had to add Parmesan and pepper to my pasta to get it to taste good and it still tasted like vomit, so I barely touched it. The waiter took our dishes back and I told him it wasn't very good at all. Not only did he not offer to take care of it, but we were charged full price for the meal, which was awful. This morning, both my friend and I feel sick to our stomachs. Avoid Collinas and go somewhere else. The atmosphere is cute and fun but that's it. You can do better by going to Olive Garden. Pizza toppings were good, but the dough was a little thick and doughy near the center. Lasagna was pretty good. It was fine overall but not sure if I would recommend. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Collina's is an amazing family style Italian cuisine pizzeria that has more to offer than just pizza! You can bring your own wine or order some there but be sure to order pizzas to share. This is some of the best pizza in Houston for the prices. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Mona Lisa

The pizza was great. We had several chicken dishes and all were enjoyed. The spinach that came with the dishes was fantastic. This was the first time at this location for us. Typically we go to the Richmond location. Quality is great here. Service is good. Place is very clean. We will be back. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
Alfredo sauce looked like thick gravy and the foccacia bread was raw in the center. The tortellini was more on the raw side as well. I expected better because I've been to the heights location, but I was disappointed. The waiter was great and it was nice and quiet so that was nice. I went to lunch with my coworkers who have been going to this place every week for YEARS! It must be good for someone to eat there literally every week. I was expecting it to be fair, but I was blown away! It is a cute little space with the classic Italian red & white checkered tablecloths. They start you out with delicious warm bread. The tables all have oil and grated cheese which makes a tasty dip for the bread. They don't have sweet tea, but they do have pink lemonade. So far, we were off to a great start with those items. I started with the wedge salad. I prefer ranch on my wedge since I am not a fan of blue cheese. This wedge was perfectly dressed in terrific ranch, bacon and tomato. For my main course, I ordered the Fettuccini Tetrazzini (no onions). This dish was big enough for 3 people to share. It was the best Fettuccini Tetrazzini I have ever had! Tender pieces of chicken and savory mushrooms are blended with a creamy white sauce then presented over a bowl of fettuccini. It was super fresh and steaming hot when it arrived at the table. I can see this being a craving when the weather gets colder. My coworkers had the pizza and even though I thoroughly enjoyed mine, I had a little food envy. I will definitely be back to try the pizza! The service was fantastic, the energy was calm, the atmosphere was charming with slightly dim lights, the restaurant was spacious, there were lots of customers, yet it was quiet enough to hold a conversation with our group. I am very impressed with Collina's. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
I really enjoy eating at Collina's. The food and the service are great. Dining in is the best option in my opinion: the food feels fresh and there is a festive atmosphere when plenty of people gather around (usually in the evening). My family and I love it there.
