Grew up coming here. Back in the day you’d walk in to 5+ people working together and they’d sing if you tipped. Today, you’re lucky to get your order in under 25 minutes with only two employees who PRIORITIZE pick up orders/delivery drivers. You wait and wait in line while driver after driver comes in and get their ice cream made in front of you. I imagine the people who ordered are sitting at home enjoying their lives, paying more to have it delivered, AND cut the line above everyone who drove there to wait. That’s America now, right? The poor young employees were struggling to juggle the line and the pick-ups, they couldn’t even close on time. No more for me. I’ll just buy carton ice cream at Target. Stopped in to get some ice cream after a long day. The nice lady that was serving me was very friendly. She made the whole experience extra pleasant. She allowed me to take my time deciding what I wanted and she even gave me some recommendations on what a lot of people order that she thinks is good. In the end I decided to go with her pick and it was great. The location is clean and the ice cream is good.

The ice cream was good. The two men working the store at night played offensive rap music very loud. I can appreciate some rap but this was too offensive for a family ice cream store. I asked them to change it and consider the guests experience. The employee changed the music to something a little less offensive, however, it was still inappropriate. After I payed for my item I spoke to the young man about music selections in a public business. I don't think he agreed with my assessment.

I visited this location on 6/13/2023 about 7 days before I visited this location I had created a Cold Stone Creamery account, and I was gifted a coupon for buy one get one free Like it, love it or gotta have it size item. Today I was in the Redondo Beach area and decided to stop by Cold Stone Creamery to use my coupon before it expires because they give you 2 weeks to use it. I ordered 2 Cookies and cream shakes in the love it size, each one is $8.49 and with the buy one get one free coupon I was only going to pay $8.49 for both. When time to pay came I entered my registered number and told the cashier I want it to redeem my BOGO offer. The nice cashier in her late teens or early 20s told me my coupon was not working, I showed her my phone and read to her the small words under the coupon, nowhere in the coupon specified I only can use the BOGO coupon towards the purchase of ice cream. I read the coupon over and over before I headed towards this location on Hawthorne Blvd, the coupon doesn't mention anything in specific like you need to buy only ice cream or only shakes, it only says buy one get one free like it, love it or gotta have it size item. The cashier called the supervisor in charge, she is a hispanic woman with black hair about 5"4 probably in her mid 20s. I told her what was happening and asked her is there anything she can do to override the coupon or honor the coupon in any way possible she can because the cashier had already made the 2 shakes, I honestly told her I felt bad for the shakes going to waste. I try hard to use my coupon and to keep the shakes from going to waste, and at the end she declined to honor the coupon since it was not specific enough. She told me she was going to throw the shakes in the thrash and walked away and left me just standing there. Literally 20 seconds after she told me she was going to throw my 2 shakes in the thrash she gave them away for free to the customer behind me, I was in shock and told her you could just have given me at least one shake and she just looked at me with a bothered by me face and did not say one single word to me and walked away. I was very angry in other words she tried to tell me I'll rather in a million times throw your shakes away in the thrash can than to honor your coupon, but then gives it away completely for free to the male customer behind me. This happened on 6/13/2023 between 12:55 pm to 1:00 pm.

Wouldn’t bother with this location, came 20 minutes before closing but left because they couldn’t mix toppings into the ice cream because “they already put them away”.

Came here with my boyfriend and was not greeted when we walked in. One of the girls was too busy singing “I don’t wanna be alone”. We said okay that’s not a big deal. We got our Oreo Overloads and as soon as we took our first bites on the ride home we both tasted peanut butter. Thats a BIG deal. I guess they don’t wash their spoons in between orders. Thank God neither of us are allergic to peanut butter but what if we were? They would have sent us to the hospital. That’s unacceptable. Now the finale: I got the smallest size (like it) and he ordered the medium (love it). After we finished our ice cream he put my cup inside his and it was THE SAME SIZE. They charged us for two different sizes but gave us the same!? We’re NEVER coming back here. Whoever worked on Tuesday night 10/11/22 (two young women) needs to be properly trained.

Ordered for delivery through the website and it came with no toppings. I called to report it and they said I had to bring it back in to prove I wasn’t lying. I ordered it because I could not go into the store since I have 3 kids age 5 and under. I asked for a refund and they said they would tell the manager. Called to follow up this morning and was laughed at saying I had to bring it in for proof within two hours of receiving it. This is the second time a worker named Junior has done this. Horrible customer service!
