We came in late last night 1/19 and the younger guy working was so friendly and helpful. He was really cool! Great suggestions and he let us try all the flavors we wanted. Ice cream was great! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very unfriendly staff and not trained well at all. I got a snickers shake and the girl asked me how to make it. I told her I don't know, I don't work here. She then tries to leave out the chocolate and caramel sauce and I told her i know those are in it. The ice cream itself was ok but staff was not.

Lady making our ice cream 🍨 was excellent with a fantastic personality. So courteous. Store is very clean.

The customer service here was awesome! They even had an employee that threw my single-scoop ice cream up in the air and caught it in the cup! Super cool! & they have a fun song when you tip! This is the best Cold Stone I’ve ever been to!

Great service the employees look like they’re having fun doing their jobs and the ice cream is great. If you tip they sing a beautiful song thanking you for tipping them. On top of all the guy working was doing an impressive job of flipping a scoop of ice cream with his scoop. Definitely recommend for those who need their sweet tooth filled!

Great customer service. Threw the ice cream up and caught it in a cup. Then, they sang my family a cute song because we tipped them.

The server Abby was rude. She didn’t know how to ring up a coupon that was buy one, get one free. She said, “You either get $4.38 off or you get nothing”. Pretty simple coupon. It says buy one, get one free with a value not to be exceed $15.00. Bought two identical bowls of ice cream for $7.98. It should have been $7.98 off! I will be able to stay retired, but her rudeness was not acceptable. I should have left and said I will take nothing! Didn’t think two wrongs made it right. This is my first review and hopefully my last. In 59 years on this earth I’ve never experienced an individual in the restaurant business that was this rude! Just got finished volunteering for the community and thought it would be a nice to finish the day at an ice cream shop with my wife. Ouch, will never go back to this Cold Stone!!!
