COKO BLUE IS AMAZING!! This is a family run restaurant, and it shows. The chef comes to the table to explain the menu. The lobsyer is actually caught by the chef!. Fresh seafood cooked perfectly with love. You will love sitting on the beach listening to the waves crashing as you dine on these decadent dishes. The prices are incredible. I highly, highly recommend enjoying as many meals as possible here!

A small setup .. very welcoming and friendly staff. The food was delicious .. the fried whole fish was crispy and had so much meat on it! They did cook on order so it took longer for food to reach the table.. but the smiles and love won the hearts!

The food is amazing! The chef/owner/fisherman was super welcoming to our group and the service was great! The server worked extremely hard to serve each one of us. I'm allergic to shell fish, so I was wondering about how I could enjoy the food as it was a highly recommended place to eat. I had the Greek salad as well as the Buffalo wings...Amazing! I would recommend this place.

Amazing food and service! We stayed at Coconut Blue rooms which are also very cozy, clean and awesome and came to their restaurant one night for dinner not expecting much. We were nicely surprised when the food started to come out. Huge portions, fresh ingredients, delicious sauces and also service was so pleasant and attentive. We tried their Fried Ceviche (ceviche frito) $8.50, Fried Seabass (corvina frito) $12 and Seafood Pasta (spaguettini frutti di mar) $14.50.
The Seafood Pasta (spaguettini frutti di mar) is a MUST try!
I've tried many different seafood pastas all around the world, but this one impressed me the most considering it was only $14.50 USD.
Would totally recommend this place. It doesn't look like much when you come in, besides the oceanview it's pretty plain with simple table and chairs and not much ambiance, but the food and service is what makes this restaurant memorable!
Cosy family restaurant with surprisingly good food. Of course it takes a lot of fishy dishes, but hey you can hear the sea here! The tapas we took were fresh, home made, made with love and the portions were good too! We were especially surprised by the fried feta stuffed tomato with a sort of guacemole salsa. New to us and tasted great. The fish fingers were clearly home made and really nice too. But also the papas bravas (good aioli sort of sauce) and fried (?) ceviche were tastefull! Recommended!
We traveled to Panama with a large group and the owners were super gracious and worked tirelessly to serve our large crowds 4 days in a row.

First went to Woodies, but was very disappointed and left. We then noticed Cokoblue next door! So we went to Cokoblue, and had the VERY BEST SEAFOOD I've ever had in my life! Hands down!! At first glance, it doesn't look like much, but you will be treated very well, and after eating here 3 times in one week, 4 of us can say, the food is very fresh and the chef is outstanding! Thank you for the amazing time also! One of the best experiences in Panama!
we had approximately 5 very good meals with adequate service. the last meal ruined our overall experience… took 1 1/2 hours to get an appetizer and over 2 hours to get our main meal. staff did not even try to apologize or make amends. no tip left that night.
