After 1.5 months traveling in SE Asia, Coco is surely near the top of my list of "Best Dinners I've had"! Everything about the experience was exceptional: food, drink, friendly service, riverfront views, beautiful plant decor. 10/10 rating... A must stop for dinner if you're in Nong Khiaw. Fabulous vegan food available! Highly recommend for all, esp. those with dietary restrictions or vegan / vegetarian. Knowledgable staff was very helpful - I didn’t explicitly state that I was vegan but was ordering things without egg, etc. One thing I ordered (spring rolls) the waitress caught had egg in it so she was able to steer me to something else. Our favorites include the carrot ginger soup, pad Thai with tofu (no egg) and mango shake. So good we came back a second night in a row. I went to Coco for a dinner. Restaurant has a beautiful view from terrace 🤩 I ordered fish laap (65k Kip) and it was tasty. I would add a bit more spices to have stronger taste but I can not write anything bad, the meal was just correct. Fab restaurant overlooking the river. Great service from the two servers. Fast cooking times and delicious food. I had the red curry one night, then the yellow the next. Both were…fab. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great restaurant with delicious food, I would highly recommend the red curry with chicken. Beware it is a little spicy but not too bad. If you don’t like spice get the yellow curry it is also delicious. Has a great view of the river. The mixed fruit smoothie tasted great! We will definitely be back. Lovely view overlooking the river and delicious food for a reasonable price. We actually had the red curry twice because it was so delicious! The chicken spring rolls and fried yellow curry were also great. Very quick and friendly service. Absolute my go-to place for food in Nong Khiaw! 'Coco Home Bar & Restaurant' Laos curry with sticky rice was just the right combination, taste so good! & coconut smoothie is so refreshing. The second floor is perfect for the view, reading and working too Definitely recommended the place, Sebastian is also a really nice host too :p and all the staff is so nice & welcome Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

The yellow curry was amazing. Very large portion and full of flavour. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The atmosphere is very nice, a great spot for sunset overlooking the river with fairy lights and lovely decor. This place is amazing! Best Fried Yellow Curry Chicken in town for sure! Sebastian is a phenomenal owner who is humble and hospitable. Greeted everyone with a smile. Super courteous and kind! The staff are all great. Very patient and attentive. The food was excellent! I’d suggest the lemongrass iced tea also👌🏾 This is one of the best places if not the best in Nong Khiaw!
