Best bakery in town. I have told so many people and they love it. No sugar in their bread and it reminds me of great bakeries back in Australia. The ham and cheese rolls are amazing and my kids love everything that we get there. I have a soft spot for the scones. 😋

Not bad. As the name suggests they sell bread, but also have a good selection of pastries and scones. They all seemed very pleasant and welcoming. I had a cheese roll, which was great and a chocolate scone which was a bit too fluffy for my liking. Good, but not for me. Either way, I’d gladly recommend you give them a try.

Went into COBS Bread this morning and picked up a few rolls for lunch. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Of the rolls I purchased, the sourdough was my favorite, crusty outside, soft inside. They have a large selection of sweet treats too!

I went in looking for Quiche Lorraine and was informed they didn't make it but they had a double chocolate scone that was calling my name. The lady behind the counter began a conversation with me and found out that I was from Texas and was here driving a school bus to help out a shortage. She gifted me the scone which is worth the $3 they ask for it. My evening was made. Thank you.

Beware: they close at 6pm, but won’t cut your bread at 5:40 because “the machine is already clean”. Staff has always been unfriendly here. Can’t wait for Flour Water Salt Bread to open so it can bring up the level of service between both
Highly recommend the blueberry/lemon and berry/white chocolate scone.
Cobs is my “I know I shouldn’t but go on then” place. Impossible to just walk out with a 6 seed loaf as the pastries jump off the shelf and simply demand your attention. Great operation with great staff.
Tasty bread great variety and good customer service separate COBS bakery. The variety includes international breads that look amazing. The challah and sourdough were very tasty and made a great hamburgers. We wil be coming back for more.
