AMAZING! Highly recommend! I am allergic to wheat/gluten/dairy and I just ordered a gluten-free pizza with dairy-free cheese and oven baked wings and it was so unbelievably delicious!!! Perfectly cooked, everything tasted amazing. I will be a loyal customer for life! I am so thankful to the staff; I called ahead of time with questions since I have severe allergies and they were so patient and kind and made sure my order was allergen free. My husband & I like Coal Fire due to good food & not loud or noisy. Pizza dough is perfect thickness. I did love their Coal Fire Salad! Unfortunately today we had our favorite pizza & 2 salads ordered to deliver. My usual Coal Fire Salad was lacking in couple ways. The presentation was thrown together, you could tell. Secondly the bacon 🥓 was not cooked. The pieces were raw, not crispy & stuck together in clumps. I was disappointed & now not sure if it's a favorite at all. My husband's side salad with dressing on the side was open & all salad containers were covered with oil. Last, pizza 🍕 was tasty but we couldn't see the cheese! Where's the cheese Coal Fire 🔥?? I'm usual not this picky, but when you've had it before & was delicious, something is wrong ‼️

Appetizer of caprese was awful with extremely dry cheese...salad was not good either. The pizza, however, was a home run and our server (forget his name but he was younger fellow), was fantastic and knowledgeable. Ordered the eggplant parmesan, but the waitress must have misheard me. I ended up receiving the chicken parmesan. I did not want to return the dish since I do not want the food to be wasted. The side Caesar salad was refreshing with good amount of cheese. The chicken parmesan itself was flavorful, but the tomato sauce on the spaghetti was quite bland. I used all the topping condiments on the table just to make it taste like anything. If you have dietary restrictions with salt, then I highly suggest this restaurant for you. If you do not have limitations, then be prepared for flat flavor. The restaurant itself is clean with separate family dining and a bar section. There’s also outdoor sitting. Update for 2023. After 10 years away, we gave them another shot. Just about everything is better. Food hit the table in the right order. Cheese and pepperoni were near perfection. Just wish the pizza had a little more sauce. I also don't understand why the kitchen refused to cook the garlic into the pizza, and served it as side. Wings were well received as was the calamari. #### Noting wrong... just nothing that says, "I gotta go back there!" Food hits the table whenever. Pizza was Good. Meatball Sub was not my style. It was ok...nothing amazing but it certainly wasn't bad either. The signature sauce tasted like pure sugar and was distracting. Service wasn't great, our waitress was focused on secondary tasks and I was left without anything to drink for about 15 minutes. Our appetizer wasn't delivered until after the pizza was, which was also really disappointing. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

We ordered the Margarita pizza with extra cheese, and it was yummy. We also ordered the coal chicken wings, and it was bland and didn't taste good. The salad and eggplant lasagna were good as well. Overall, pizza is good, so I will definitely go there again. They also have a bar section so people can have drinks as well. I dined here Saturday night with family and it was absolutely delicious! The service was also out of this world! Dani was our server, she has a great personality and made some suggestions for dinner. Nice beer and wine selection as well as pizza! We started with the grilled Cesar Salad, amazing! All of the pizzas sounded good so we ordered cheese, margarita and ring of fire pizza. They did Not disappoint. Please hit up this spot if you are craving pizza! The food is great and it has the best vibe and service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
