Coach's restaurant is the restaurant in the Doubletree hotel near Midway Airport. This spot is easy for travelers seeking convenience. I had the apple pecan shrimp salad. The salad was well prepared and the shrimp was well seasoned and grilled. This spot is very clean and in order, creating an easy place to grab a salad or other lunch and work. It’s also good in the evening to grab an easy dinner and watch a game. Service was fantastic. I think my girl filled up my water 10 times. All I wanted to do was order breakfast from this restaurant and because I wasn’t staying at the hotel the rude employee gave me a hard time and put me on a long hold .
