Ordered 2 large lattes. Not large at all, definitely only a medium at best. Milk was slightly sour too unfortunately. We were the only customers present so maybe they hadn't prepared for a midday rush yet (we were there just after 10.30). Great food and great service, I am absolutely obsessed with their Mexi-wrap. They also have the best peppermint milkshake I have ever had with solid pieces of peppermint chocolate at the bottom. Would also highly recommend the chicken mayo sandwiches. Would definitely recommend them. The food is amazing and the coffee is excellent, but l can not say the same when it come to service. A lot needs to be done. We almost walked out after a very bad first impression. Thanks to Loraine who come to our rescue . She handled everything professionally. She gave us a memorable experience. We will definitely be back. Staff are kind and attentive. Should you have a complaint management will attend to it immediately. Thank you to the Coach Team for making my experience a good one. I work in the same block as coach cafe, the ladies who work there advised to order on WhatsApp so I do not have to wait long periods of time. Every single time I WhatsApp the number - they either take over an hour to respond or they do not respond. I went in and spoke to them and they advised that their music is too loud so they cannot hear the phone. They advised to call them so the music stops. This never works and I’m left irritated. What is the point of a WhatsApp line or a telephone number if no one answers. It’s very annoying and safe to say I will be ordering from Cafe Villagio across the way. This is very unprofessional. Friendly fast service. Coffee was good, the gesture of the blanket on the chair was awesome. (Almond milk available👌) menu looks good fairly priced. Had the spaghetti Bolognese delish!

So I was not happy with my order on Friday morning 09/06/23 only to be immediately contacted by their lovely manager. The equally lovely chef, Nellie kept in contact with me until she delivered a stunning pizza and waffle!! THANK YOU COACH CAFE!! Beautiful food, Beautiful people, Beautiful service!!
