Very bad venue for events. In face value it looks good, but the service is very bad. I attended a function where two more functions were held in an open space. We were not allowed to use the PA system, as it would disturb other functions, so we couldn't hear our speakers well. The management must look into this. It makes the institution look very unprofessional.

The service was terrible. They started preparing for the our event when we got there, and the food was also prepared when we were there and we ended up leaving without getting all the food that we paid for! The attitude of the waiters is pathetic and want to be begged for service! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!! 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

The place was incredible, staff members were super nice ppl and they were quick to deliver any help we asked from them, the place offers total privacy with no interruptions from their customers.....I really recommend it for any1 wanting to host an event.....Zanele Mathenjwa
