I took my girlfriend and friend there Saturday, March 2, 2024. We had been there the night before, for the first time, and our bartender was amazing and friendly from the moment we sat down. Saturday night was a different story. There was a male bartender, filling in from another place, and he was so rude to us, from the jump. Even telling us, at one point, that we should go to electric cowboy, as it might be a better fit for us. I’m a masculine presenting lesbian, and I don’t like assuming this was the reason, but he was only rude to us. Every time we came to the bar, he had something smart to say. When my girlfriend asked for limes, which he had already set down but she didn’t see them, he picked them up and slammed them in front of her without saying a word. It was really disappointing, as her and I love to play poo, but we do not like the crowd or the smoke at electric cowboy.
We went to play pool in the middle of the day on Saturday. The service was excellent & the atmosphere was good. The building is run down & the bathroom needs improvement, but otherwise a good place to hang out.
The pool tables are in pretty good shape, and play well. There is some food available, mostly items for reheating. The beverage selection is pretty good, and the bartenders are open to trying new mixes. The staff is very friendly.
