Stopped at Clark’s on our first night in Aspen and couldn’t have been a better start. The service was fantastic, our glasses were never below half full? Which was important because we were all dehydrated. The food actually knocked my pants off. The fisherman’s stew, lobster roll, octopus and Mac and cheese were all fantastic. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, exactly what I expect for Aspen. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great place! We had the oysters on the half shell and mussels and clams in broth which were both great. However, the steak tartare and crab mac and cheese were the biggest hits at the table. They were both seasoned perfectly. Portion sizes were larger than expected so order accordingly. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Very basic Halibut and Salmon dishes with extremely basic endive salad, at $50 each, needing added sides to make up a tasty dish. That's ok, but in spite of delightful waitress, impersonal production service with no follow up from service staff and the loudest music made for a deafening dining ordeal. Grits had too much cheese. Lobster roll nearly as good as the East Coast. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes New England Clam Chowder
