We ordered a family pack to go. When we got home we realized they forgot our cornbread. We called & said we'll come back to pick it up. Immediately I was greeted & offered me a dessert. The manager came out& said 4 minutes on the cornbread. (I didn't mind, fresh cornbread, yes please). She asked if I wanted an additional side dish. Since my husband called initially, they told him they'd put money in my rewards. Which they did. $20!!!! The entire experience was above& beyond. They fixed the order in a timely fashion& then some! The manager (Trina I believe) was absolutely WONDERFUL. I own an elderly companion care business and decided to take one of my clients there for a quick dinner. Trina greeted us with a wonderful smile. She was so sweet and patient with my elderly client. He is a retired marine and she went above and beyond for him buying his dinner. This place is immaculate, delicious, inviting, and overall just well managed. The staff is always delightful, helpful and smiling. The food is always on point. I love the smoked turkey and the smokehouse salad. The brisket chili is amazing as well. This Westerville spot is very clean, and well taken care of. Always on top of making their guests have a delicious and taken care of experience. I have been coming here for years. Did not go to the location, ordered via Uber Eats. Food was excellent. Had a couple of issues with my order. The wings were a 3 stars, Omaha, NE has 7 different places with better wings for the same price. Some reason the wings did not have any sauce so be weary when ordering delivery to check before you submit. Beef Brisket Sandwich was very good 4 stars, I did order a bunch of different sauces to try and for some reason I only got the Brush Fire as a side. The Brisket was also missing the 2 oz of original sauce which the ticket said was suppose to be added. The sides 5 stars were some of the best I have had, usually Baked Beans and Green Beans are not seasoned or very little flavor but theirs was the best I have had. this place is amazing, me and my grandma got wings with fries and mac. everything was flavored and tender. I recently visited City Barbeque and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their food. The brisket and pulled pork were particularly delicious, and the sides like corn pudding and collards complemented the meal perfectly. I'm from Texas and here for a business trip. My Regional VP took the office crew here for lunch. He said it's the best barbecue in town. We walked in and you could smell the meats smoking. They had a huge selection of items. I ordered the two plate special with a side of Mac and cheese. My two meats were the ribs and chicken. Omg. Servings were huge. My breast and wing were enough for two. I got 3 ribs. I made a big mess. It was all delicious and the Texas boy would give them 2 thumbs up! Some of the best fried pickles in town. Last night the hubs and I went to City Barbecue and the staff really made us feel welcome and valued. We were there around 7 and the place wasn't crowded when we first arrived. Everything was clean. We split the fried pickle basket and the city sampler. The meats were so delish and the green beans are my personal favorites. The fries were perfect. The pulled pork was a little fatty but that is not their fault, it was deep in the meat.
