(Scam) (Scam)This gas station stole yes stole my money twice I come here almost everyday and the night self check out takes your money and the manager won't even come out the office and give me an explanation I paid for gas the machine started rebooting in the middle of the transaction I showed them the money was took out of my bank account and they won't give me the gas or my money saying it nothing they can do so I warn you do not spend your money here you will get robbed the lady even said it was her last day because she tired of ppl coming in because of the machine takes there money SMH

This place put 12$ of my girlfriends gas on the wrong pump and then refused to pay it back in full. They offered 5$ back then started yelling and screaming at her when I told them I would have to talk to either corporate or police for stealing our money. The guy behind the cashier eventually gave her 10$ just to get her to leave. They still owe her two dollars I have all the evidence and will be talking to corporate tomorrow. The blonde manager stood there watching it all happen.

Highs: convenient location, gasoline Lows: high crime area, especially at night. Staff gives unresponsive rude face when customer says hello how are you. Gas stations are not far and few in-between I'd recommend supporting any other place for gas. Worst/rudest customer service I have experienced in a while. The benefit of doing business elsewhere will also result in a happier transaction and not feeling like you need a hazmat suit to enter the store. :-)

The most unclean place I have ever seen. Very guetto at night. No cashiers working so you have to use a machine with a security guard at the door. I felt unsafe even being in there.

Horrible customer service!! Employee Shay is on her cell phone while serving me and and repeatly ask what I need I answer her they say you can't hear me bc you're texting. The Manager is right next to her. The lines are long and I'm not complaining at all until shay it's an attitude with me. I call and speak with the "Manager" and she says we are short staff and Shay was calling an employee for me ...Wow...smh. There were 3 employees at the register....rude Shay...the Manager and the cook all talking amongst themselves...but they are short staffed...just sad

I did not know you did not take shell credit cards Had to go in store and was told “we are circle k and nothing else “. Went back and used another card but then I couldn’t get a receipt so had to back into store had to give cashier number of station and the amount. I will not be going there any more

Great prices on gas, store is clean and well keep, a lot to choose from. BUT beware of the panhandlers. Every time I stop here someone always ask for money or gas. Tonight two different people hit me up while I was pumping my gas.

The bathrooms are terrible, mold growing in the caulking along the sink, floor must have never seen any chemical in its life. This place is a health risk. I have never comlained about a public restroom before..

The store always seems dirty and short staffed with one person working the counter and another walking around the store even when the line is backed up to the door and act like they are inconvenienced to get on the counter to help take care of the customers
